5 Days Safari (Lake Manyara, Tatangire, Serengeti, Ngorogoro) - I booked 5 days of safari (Manyara Lake Park, Tarangire Park, Serengeti Park and Ngorongoro Park) directly with Humprey, who was available to accommodate our needs. The safari was fantastic, the food was excellent (dinner was freshly prepared by the chefs), the accommodation and tented camps were good, the guides who accompanied us were helpful and friendly. Advise!

Five days in Tanzanian Safari Parks - Great experience. We visited 4 different safari park and saw all sorts of local fauna. Organization with Humphrey was easy. He was available for any question we had and helped us planning as we wished. The tour was with a guide/driver and a group of 6 tourists. The guide was helpful, may be the only note is that he could have provided more insights on the animals and local culture. Food was really nice, we had a private chef for our group who stayed with us during the days in Serengeti and Gorongoro, where we have been camping. Other days were in a lodge, also quite nice. We are generally happy with the experience and we would certainly recommend!

Wonderful Safari - The five days safari was perfectly scheduled and it overpasses our expectations. The team of the tour was kind and available for all our requests. The guide Mr Amani was excellent, he is a very friendly person who is always smiling. The chef is also a very nice man who cooked delicious dishes. Experience not to be missed - We spent 5 days crossing Tarangire, the Serengeti, Ngorogoro and Lake Manyara Park. Humphrey's organization was excellent and followed us with care and precision from the first contact for information on reservations, from the reception to the goodbyes on the last day. Special thanks to our 'captain' Salomon who led us with confidence and professionalism on this long, sometimes difficult journey, but always with confidence and serenity... pole pole. The safari was made even more interesting with picnics and cooked food. from Halid. We arrived as tourists, and left greeting them as friends. Highly recommended

Unique experience - We got in touch with Humphrey on the recommendation of a friend. We wanted a 5 day safari and I must say he was very good at organizing our tour. Always present, he is very ready to answer all our questions, he helped us in times of difficulty and I would highly recommend him. As for the safari, it is a truly unique experience and left us speechless. The Walhoo guide satisfied us and managed to show us everything we dreamed of, not to mention the truly excellent cuisine.

Family friendly safari company - Over 20 years ago I spent a year volunteering in Arusha and during this time did a five day safari with a local company that I was able to select based on local knowledge. This time around I had to pick a company based on internet searches and reviews so was slightly mindful whether I would have the same experience as before. To my delight, Cub Expeditions - a Tanzanian owned company - met my expectations and then some. Humphrey, managing director of the company, was attentive to my needs and budget from the outset. He listened to what I wanted and responded with an itinerary that was suitable for my young family. Our driver/guide and chef were equally attentive and flexible to the needs and patience of my 3 and 6 year olds. Halid was an amazing chef who ensured we had three hot and tasty meals a day. While other safari companies served sandwiches for lunch, Halid served up three course meals of deliciousness! Our kids loved every meal. From start to finish our safari met all expectations. We saw all of the hoped for animals and birds at close range. The driver/guide seemed to know everyone and worked the radio to keep tabs on the latest sightings. My husband said he was also a terrific driver and how we were driving in long wheel base Land Cruisers which are more comfortable. The drives were varied and breaks were spaced out to ensure our children did not get bored or frustrated. The guide was equally helpful in engaging and entertaining the kids. Our youngest delighted in learning a bit of Kiswahili. I would fully recommend Cubs Expeditions. Amazing safari with a reliable and dependable company - Just returned from an amazing 5 days group safari. Humphreys is very reliable, extremely helpful and quick to respond. It was a bit concerning to pay upfront for the whole safari but Humphreys delivered on his promises. I was traveling solo but the group worked out very well. His helpful services continue even after the safari ended. Thanks Humphreys!
