As the journey towards the iconic Serengeti begins, pass through the picturesque Rift Valley escarpments and the lush landscapes of Lake Manyara. On the way, there’s an exciting option to visit a traditional Maasai village, offering a glimpse into the vibrant culture of this fascinating community. Arrive in Serengeti by evening, enjoying a thrilling game drive en route to the Seronera Campsite. After a day of exploration, unwind with a delicious dinner and spend the night under the African stars.

Serengeti National Park to Ngorongoro Highland

Serengeti National Park - Rise early at 6:00 AM, greeted by a warm cup of coffee as the day begins. Then, head out from the campsite for a morning game drive deep into the heart of Serengeti National Park, witnessing the stunning sunrise over the vast plains. Though the morning air can be chilly, bundle up and enjoy the crisp tranquility of dawn.

During the game drive, watch for the wildlife that roams freely in this iconic landscape. Around midday, return to camp for a hearty breakfast and lunch, which doubles as a satisfying brunch.

Later, set off toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, continuing the journey with an exciting game drive en route. Arriving at Ngorongoro Simba Campsite, enjoy a delicious dinner and the serenity of an overnight stay beneath the African sky.

Ngorongoro Crater to Arusha

Ngorongoro Crater - On the last day of the Tanzania Safari, after breakfast, take a short drive to the descending gate and drive down the crater floor 650 meters deep for a half-game crater tour. If lucky, spot a rhinoceros, but the crater hosts several permanent resident animals due to its year-round water supply, attracting many animals to stay, though they are free to come and go. Ascend the crater rim back to camp for lunch and then drive back to Arusha, marking the end of the short 4-day Tanzania Camping safari.
