Despite being a medium-sized company, they consistently exceeded expectations and operated with the precision and care of a much larger organization. Eva, our travel agent and concierge, was absolutely incredible. She listened closely to what we wanted and crafted a custom itinerary that matched our vision perfectly. Her deep knowledge of the region and her warm, professional approach made the planning process smooth and enjoyable. She didn’t just organize a trip, she created a journey that felt personal and meaningful. She also paired us with Daniel, who turned out to be the best guide we could have hoped for. Outstanding safari and even better guide - Our safari was actually 8 days and was incredible. Safari Soles helped and supported us all of the way! We cannot speak highly enough of our guide Kelvin! He was incredible. He had a great sense of humour, was totally positive, found us the big 5, and couldn’t do enough to help us. Unique experience with safari soles - We had a fantastic safari with Safari Soles. Everything was perfectly arranged; we had a lot of contact with Joachim beforehand, who was always quick to respond and willing to adjust the quote if we needed to make any changes to the program. Shortly before the safari, there was a problem with room availability at our original hotel. Safari Soles immediately arranged a replacement hotel of higher quality, which was seamlessly integrated into our program. Our safari guide was Freddy. He was truly amazing! He was incredibly knowledgeable and experienced, spoke fluently, and was able to answer all our questions. He was very friendly and helpful. He ensured we saw a huge number of animals, including the Big 5. He often managed to maneuver us to the best spots with his jeep so we could take the most beautiful photos. The accommodations were very varied and very comfortable. In short, we had a wonderful safari with Safari Soles! It was a truly unique experience!

7 days individual Safari to Lakes Natron and Eyasi, Serengeti, Tarangire National Parks with an excellent Safari Soles - The safari was very professionally and reliably organized by Boniface Elisha over the internet and onsite. With Kenedy we got an excellent and knowledgeable guide and driver, who did all his best to make this trip a beautiful experience. Within 7 days we experienced the migration of Gnu herds over the Mara river. In Serengeti lions, leopards, cheetahs, buffaloes.... At lake Natron flamingos. Elephants in Tarangire. And we met Maasai, Datooga and Hadzabe. I highly recommend this tour operator.

Meki our guide is amazing! Would recommend to all our friends - Our guide Meki was the most amazing guide, and I would recommend him to everyone. You can tell that he really loves his job, and is well prepared for every aspect of it. He is the most generous and kind soul, looking out for our interests every step of the way. He always does things with a smile on his face, and shared with us a treasure trove of information about all the animals and ecosystems we saw on the tour. He works tirelessly to make sure that we were comfortable and happy, going out of his way to give us the best chance of seeing every species. Thank you Meki, for the experience of a lifetime!

Unforgettable safari seeing the big 5 and the migration! - We had an amazing time in Tanzania with Sole Safari! Everything was very well planned and organized. We booked a 5-day safari to Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro. It was the best experience that we could have imagined. We were so lucky to have Rajabu as our safari guide. He explained us so much about the animals and tried his best to make sure we see all the big five and even the migration. We had a wonderful time and are very grateful for these unforgettable memories in Tanzania. Also the accommodations, the food and service was always great and everyone was very friendly! Additionally we also booked a day hike to Kilimanjaro as well as some additional days with other hikes to Napuru and Materuni waterfalls, a coffee tour, a visit to Kikuletwa hot springs and visits to Arusha. Especially the coffee tour and hot spring was unexpectedly great and also our guides were great, telling us a lot about the people and country. We can highly recommend safari soles to everyone who is planning a safari in Tanzania!

Great tour, very well organized and exceptional wildlife - This trip was highly organized and we felt very well taken care of. Furahini helped us design the trip to be exactly what we wanted - we ended up doing multiple night game drives, a hike of the base of Kilimanjaro, and spent extra days on safari. When our flights to Tanzania were impacted, they quickly rearranged transport for us from the airport. Our airport transfer driver Chief even helped us call the airline multiple times to track down our lost luggage. He stayed far past his expected time to make sure we got everything sorted. Our guide for the trip was Tumaini who was incredibly upbeat and welcoming. If we were running late to a hotel, he would always call ahead to make sure they saved vegetarian food for us (often the buffets at the hotels are only open for 2 hours). He even bought us some local fruits to try. He was very knowledgeable about the country, wildlife, and car repairs (essential with the rough roads to the Serengeti!). We saw everything we wanted including lions, cheetahs, leopards, elephants, giraffes, and jackals. I would recommend this tour to anyone - was very pleased with the experience.

Unforgettable Safari – Kennedy Made It Amazing! - We had an amazing time overall and truly enjoyed our safari experience. Our guide, Kennedy, was absolutely phenomenal—so knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about what he does. He made the trip incredibly memorable for us, and we can’t recommend him enough. If you’re booking a tour, definitely ask for Kennedy! While we did run into a few logistical issues and communication challenges with the office staff, we were able to get in touch with management. They listened to our concerns, refunded us appropriately, and assured us that they are actively working on improving internal systems and staff training to prevent similar issues in the future. Despite those bumps in the road, the beauty of the experience, the wildlife, and the overall adventure made it all worthwhile. With a few improvements on the back-end, Safari Soles has the potential to deliver an exceptional experience from start to finish.
