Transfer from your Zanzibar hotel to Mikumi National Park and Maasai cultural village tour

Mikumi National Park - At 5:00 am, guests will be picked up from any hotel in Zanzibar or the airport and taken to the ferry terminal for a journey to Dar es Salaam, heading towards Mikumi National Park. The trip can be made by Toyota minivan or electric train from Dar es Salaam. Lunch will be provided either en route to Mikumi or upon arrival at the park.

Upon reaching the park, guests will have a brief rest at the hotel before being picked up by a professional driver guide in a 4x4 open-sided safari vehicle to visit the Masai Boma/Village for the Maasai Cultural Tour.

During this tour, guests will experience the authentic daily life of the Maasai people, learning about their traditions and culture. They will participate in activities such as making fire with sticks, singing, dancing traditional dances, and jumping high using traditional shoes and sticks.

After the tour, the driver will return guests to the hotel for a delicious dinner, soft drinks, and an overnight stay at Chambo Villas.

An entire day of unforgettable safari, from sunrise to sunset

Mikumi National Park - After enjoying breakfast at 6:00 am, the professional safari driver guide will pick up guests at 6:30 am to head directly to Mikumi Main Gate for a full-day game drive (from morning until late afternoon).

The professional driver guide will showcase all the visited areas in the park, highlighting beautiful landscapes and a variety of animals, including lions, elephants, buffalos, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, impalas, hippos, crocodiles, common elands, warthogs (Pumba), and many more. A buffet lunch will be served within the bush/park.

After the game drive, the driver will return guests to the hotel for a delightful dinner, soft drinks, and an overnight stay at Chambo Villas.

Transfer from your hotel in Mikumi Park to Zanzibar

Zanzibar Island - Following breakfast at 6:30 am, guests will be transferred from their hotel to Morogoro Msamvu Train Station, traveling to Dar es Salaam. Arrival is expected around 11:45 am, followed by a transfer to the ferry for a 12:30 pm departure to Zanzibar.

Upon arrival, the driver will drop guests off at their hotel in Zanzibar.
