Arusha National Park may not house big predators, but it is abundant with various animals. Discover Ngurdoto Crater, inhabited by vast herds of buffaloes, bushbucks, warthogs, and zebras. Unforgettable Safari with Tanzania Safari Bug! - We met Tanzania Safari Bug at the holiday fair and were immediately delighted. It is a smaller, family-run company with extremely competent and friendly advice. From the first moment we had a good feeling and were encouraged to book our safari with them – a decision we didn’t regret for a second!
My colleague and I went on an unforgettable safari with our guide Prince, who speaks excellent German, is well-informed about the conditions and knows a lot about flora and fauna. The whole organization, from communicating with Sandra and Michael to the experiences on site, was just perfect. Everything was excellently planned, and we felt safe and in good hands at all times.
We can fully recommend Tanzania Safari Bug to anyone looking for an authentic and well-organized safari experience. Thank you for these wonderful memories!

Simba and more... - 4 friends, one wish... Safari in Tanzania! Out of a flood of vendors at the holiday fair Bern, we have decided on SAFARI-BUG and thus hit the mark! Perfect, coordinated planning and organization according to our wishes, SANDRA was always available if there were any questions to be answered. (before and during the trip) We met our driver PRINCE (the Driver King) as extremely prudent, expert, funny and interested people. In addition, he imparted some knowledge about flora and fauna to us and that in good German!
His refreshing attention and laughter will never be forgotten! He was our perfect accompaniment on one of unforgettable experiences
9 days of safari! The transfer to Zanzibar also worked out well. Wonderful, thank you SAFARI-BUG.
In short... would we do it again? JA !

Leon X 5 - We experienced an unforgettable 10-day safari through Tarangire, Manyara, Serengeti and Ngorongoro National Parks with our super guide Prince. We were also very impressed by the visit to the original Maasai village. At the paradise Sharazad Boutique Hotel in Zanzibar we recovered from the strenuous game drives and let ourselves be pampered!
The very good organization of the Tanzania Safari Bug with great safaris and selected hotels we can warmly recommend!

Perfect organization - We booked our safari in Germany and the local organizer was Tanzania Safari Bug. Many thanks to Sandra and Michael, who are based in Arusha. Both of them did a first-class job of making sure everything went smoothly and that all the "program items" took place. Communication was great and worked smoothly at all times.

Perfect organisation, family friendly, interactive and comfortable - We took a 6 day Safari trip with Tanzania Safari Bug. We are a family of 6 and were joined by our friends, a family of 4.
We were greeted by Sandra and Michael at the Mokka House in Arusha. We travelled in 2 Jeeps and accompanied by 3 Park rangers David, Rajabu and Prince. Everything was planned and executed to perfection. We had an adventurous, amazing time. We were lucky enough to experience the Serengeti with all its inhabitants and wilderness. We witnessed a lioness hunting, elephants duelling and little gazelles playing. Our park rangers were very experienced and didn’t shy away to go the extra mile to show us the rarest of animals in their natural habitat. They put us at ease all the way through our amazing journey, entertained our children and teenager, aged 10 - 19. They made sure we were always safe and well provided for. It was like a family and friends trip, from the first moment. David, Rajabu and Prince made us feel welcome and comfortable. Sandra and Michael welcomed us back after our Safari, a very personal touch. I can recommend Tanzania Safari Bug 100%, I would travel with them again in a heart beat.

dreamlike experiences and an engagement proposal - You can 100% recommend Tanzania Safari Bug.
We felt very well looked after from start to finish, for which we were very grateful.
Sandra put all her energy into the planning and responded very quickly to the many questions we had.
Despite a few difficulties (multiple flight changes), Sandra was always able to adapt our safari plan so individually that we were absolutely happy with it. On site, everything worked smoothly and the selected accommodations were perfect for us.
What made the holiday very special was an engagement proposal in the middle of the Sergenti at a bush dinner. It was a dream! Here too, Sandra supported my fiancé very well with the planning and was also available to answer many questions.
Our guides Gismas and Prince were absolutely unique, humorous and passed on all their knowledge to us.
We thank you and the team for this fantastic safari and the memories we have collected that we will never forget.

Great safari experience, 100% recommendation - Going on Safari with Tansania Safari Bug was a remarkable and excellent experience. We saw every animal we hoped for and the service was even beyond our expectations. Even though we booked a camping safari to be closer to the animals and to get a more adventurous experience, we felt safe at any time. The best guide you can probably wish for was our guide Frank Winstone. He was very competent and could answer any question about Tanzanian traditions, wild life and he even taught us how to speak some Swahili. Furthermore, he is a great driver who guided us safely through Tarangire and Serengeti Nationalpark as well as Ngorongoro crater. Also our chef Peter prepared delicious meals for us every day for breakfast, lunch and diner. Overall, I would recommend Tanzania safari bug to everyone who wants have an authentic safari experience with a friendly, capable and very polite team around.

Exceptional safari - Simply sublime, the views, the hotels (in tents), the animals, the caring, kind staff we met during our safari, head-filling memories, camera-filling memories. And the icing on the cake, our guide Nickson, French-speaking, adorable almost a member of the family, he knows the places, the animals and has an eagle eye to spot them, a big thank you to him who helped make this magical safari.

Unforgettable trip to the south of Tanzania - We have already done several safaris in different countries in Africa. This safari is to be our last and it is to be something special. Our goal was to experience a tour tailored to our needs. We had a good feeling about Tanzania Safari Bug from the first time we contacted them. We didn't just want to jet through the national parks, our goal was also to experience the lives of the people, the culture and the landscape. We visited the Mikumi, Ruaha and Nyerere national parks. The Ruaha and Nyerere parks are still very natural and original. There are only a few tourists in this area and so the stay in the parks and lodges is very pleasant and welcoming. We were able to make wonderful animal observations. Michael drove us safely through the areas and through the parks. Traveling overland is probably more strenuous but definitely recommended, as it gives you a profound and lasting impression of the lives of the people and also of the enormous variety of agricultural products such as fruit, vegetables etc. that thrive and are offered here. The excursions to the Udzungua Mountains were a special experience. The hike to the Sanje waterfalls through the mountain rainforest is also something unique.
Michael was able to explain and show us everything we needed to know with his in-depth and comprehensive knowledge.
Prince always helped us with his German skills when our English skills were not sufficient and was always very helpful. Thanks also to Sandra for planning the route that was right for us and organizing the tour smoothly.
We were able to experience an impressive and wonderful trip - we are very grateful for that. We would definitely travel with Tanzania Safari Bug again. Asante Sara.

Wonderful day.. Well organised - What a great company. We were met at reception by Michael, he talked us through what to expect from the tour. He then introduced us to Prince and Frank our guide and driver for the day. We had a great day, despite not seeing too many animals. Prince was very knowledgeable on the animals we did encounter and it was all very exciting and amazing. Frank sought out every area and corner to ensure we saw as many species as possible. The walk with the ranger was informative and fun as we did get a little closer to the buffalo's etc. Lunch was delicious and plentiful. We had a great day and would certainly recommend this tour as the tour operator - Michael, Prince and Frank made the whole day memorable. Thank you
