Great experience - I have done my first trip with Gilmag. It was 6 - day safari in Lake manyara, Ngorongoro createrTarangire park .I must say I got a lifetime experience that I will never forget. Our guide Eric was one of the best guides I have ever met he made .We see all the animals we wished to see, not just the big five. Everything were very well arranged

Exceptional Safari in Tanzania - We explored the parks of Tarangire, Manyara, Serengeti and Ngorongoro with Gilmag Safari, and it was an unforgettable experience thanks to impeccable organization. Tanzania's wildlife is simply extraordinary. Our guide, Prosper, enthusiastically shared his passion, allowing us to discover this fascinating world just a few meters from our vehicle. Unforgettable Safaris - We had a great safari trip with Gilmag safaris, we were very happy with the accommodation and transportations general we were very lucky to have a great guide Eric he gave us all necessary support, setting time etc .Everything went supper and smooth. Unforgettable journey - Extraordinary experience!
Everything was perfect. The choice of hotels, each different offering each time a unique experience, parks, super comfortable 4x4 and not to mention our great guide Erick who shared with us all his knowledge about nature and life in these parks.
Big crush on the Serengenti, what you see there is just amazing beauty.
Our tall teens aged 15 and 18 loved this trip.
We ended our trip with a few days in Zanzibar at the BlueBay resort also organized by Gilmag Safari. Everything was perfect. We were very well in charge from our arrival at the airport until our departure

Exciting Safari at Ngorongoro National Park - I had a safari with Gilmag in Arusha, Ngorongoro Crater and Tangarire National Park. It was our first time in the area and Mary and Gilbert made sure we had the best safari experience. Our guide Gilbert seem to know the spots we would easily find the animals we were eager to see and was patient with us during the safari. We also visited several indigenous communities like Hadzabe and Maasai I recommend Gilmag Safaris fi you want to get professionally done bookings and seamless transfers and experience in the wild. Reliable and Efficient Operators - All my experience with Gilmag Safaris has been even over my expectations, both during planning and during the journey itself. Cannot recommend Gilmag Safaris highly enough! I interviewed several travel providers before going with Gilmag and the difference in service was night and day. Our contact, Mary listened carefully to our needs without trying to upsell us. We had a very ambitious itinerary planned, and Mary went out of her way to ensure the logistics—from dietary restrictions to several transfers went smoothly.
Mary helped me in figuring out the itinerary and accommodations that would have better fitted with my interests and desires with a particular care also about my cost target.
During the journey our contact person was easily reachable by phone and email to give me support. Our guide, Nickson was knowledgeable, extremely friendly and an absolute pleasure to be with. I totally recommend Gilmag Safaris to anyone planning a well-managed trip to Tanzania.

Wonderful Safari - We just got back from exploring Tanzania and had a spectacular time! Gilmag Safaris is by far first class all the way. Everything was perfect from the time Gilbert picked us up at the Kilimanjaro airport until he dropped us off at the Seronera Airstrip to catch our flight to Zanzibar. Wonderful accommodations and food selection everywhere we stayed.
We had an amazing African experience where we saw all kinds of animals and witnessed lions strategizing, killing, stalking, etc....saw the big 5! The service we received was outstanding start to finish. Nothing but praise for this safari company.

Not satisfied - Yes sorry magnificent views but vehicle not in condition
Fridge broken down, hot drinks, plugs refills devices did not work.
One of the horrible noise windows.
Few explanations by the guide did not understand very well.
Airport drop-offs he let us carry luggage after receiving 60 dollars tip
Ă› bag of clothing was given to him our only request to recover this luggage but not returned
