What stood out the most was his energy and kindness. He was always checking in on us, answering all our curious questions, and making us laugh with fun facts and jokes. You could tell he genuinely cares about making the experience amazing for everyone. We did the hot air balloon experience that is really incredible. We highly recommend. An extraordinary Safari Trip I will never forget - Big 5 ✔️ - A safari trip I will never forget! The organisation upfront via whatsapp (thanks to our agent Linah) and on site in Tanzania was perfect. We got picked up and dropped at our hotels/camps on time and everything went without complication. The Lodges were always high standard, clean, with very nice staff and hot water. The tour itself was also great: thanks to our guide Mandarin, who was always top motivated to show us as much as possible, we completed seeing the big 5, even most of them with their little ones, and many many more. He was always happy and kind and took care of all our needs. Also the food on the tour was very good, Pascal‘s Lunches were delicous and always plenty with vegetarian options. After all I would definitely recommend doing the safari with Serengeti African Tours :)
