Fantastic safari, from planning to finish! - We had an unforgettable Safari. Communication with Ibrahim prior to booking, accomodation, national parks all lived up to our expectations! Unforgettable and wonderful safari experience in North Tanzania - With my girlfriend we experienced a wonderful private safari for 6 days in the north part of Tanzania. The organisation was very good and Ibrahim was pretty quick to adjust our plans, to communicate and to give special recommendations. Our personal guide Haji demonstrated a lot of experience, patience and teaching skills. He always was looking for the best scenes to spot while respecting the nature. We felt very comfortable with him. The big 5 were nice to see, but they are not the core of the safari. Every day we experienced new unique habitats and unexpected events that surprised us. The several birds species that we spotted with pretty patience, were the ice on the cake. The accommodations and service were excellent for all the trip, especially in the Serengeti National Park. Finally this nature and cultural experience will be always unforgettable and it has been above our best expectations. Afrishare safari operator is defenitely recommended.

Everything we wanted and more! - Our safari with Afrishare was nothing short of spectacular. I have done safaris in six other countries previously, and this one quickly rose to the top of my list. From customizing our itinerary to the bargain pricing, it was easy to choose. But we got so much out of it than we bargained for - comfortable accommodations, a top-notch guide (Rama!), and tons of animals (big 5 plus others). This was the first time for my sister and nephew to go on safari and I wanted to make sure they had the best experience possible - Afrishare delivered more than I could have asked for. So grateful for the kind, dedicated and professional staff at Afrishare for making it happen. Highly recommend booking with Afrishare for an exquisite experience. Thank you so much!

Decent - Everything went smoothly in our safari , the driver was really helpful and we had a lot of fun with him. If I could rate the food I would give a 6/10 always considering the facilities.

Did you dream it?/Do it! - We take a Spanish tour with Afrishare, starting from Arusha, a great tour, including Tarangire, Lake Manyara, Ngorongoro Serengeti and we also ask for Olduvai Gorge. Our guide, Lawrence, very friendly, attentive to all our needs. Excellent and always in good spirits! This is one of the best experiences that can be lived, carried out on a scheduled basis, with known costs, we pay 1/3 when booking and the rest at the start of the safari. To our measure, we travel two people in a Toyota Land Cruiser (95% of companies use that vehicle). We had the opportunity to see the Big Five, although what is impressive is the vastness and variety of wildlife that one gets to see!

The National Parks, magnificent, Afrishare must improve, we were disappointed. - We choose to take a 6-day safari: 1 day Tarangire, 2 Serenguetti, 2 in Ngorongoro and 1 Lake Manyara. We agreed to meet you at the airport in the morning to start the safari. The week before the agreed date, after paying the deposit, we asked you to send us the list of accommodations, this was never always realized with some pretext on Ibrahim’s part: I’m not in the office, then he sent it, or he just didn’t respond. On that first day the trouble started. They searched for us almost an hour late in a car. The explanation was that THE VAN WAS IN THE MECHANIC, to be checked before starting the safari. Of course no one warned us of the delay, nor that the van was not in condition. We had to wait in a cafe for the Guide to remove the van and look for us, which TOOK MORE THAN 2 HOURS Upon arrival we had to tell him to pay for our coffee as he expected us to do it. The safari in Tarangire was beautiful, the amount of animal life that exists there is enormous and the bao bab are beautiful and of an unthinkable size. At the end of the safari day, before arriving at the hotel we had to REIN IN THE MECHANICAL WORKSHOP (to do a review, another one). We went to the hotel as scheduled, it was the one we had asked: Lake manyara hotel: the food is bad, the room was dirty: many insects accumulated on top of the mosquito net, and the staff attention was bad. I don't recommend it. The next day we went to the Serenguetti, a fascinating place, of unmatched beauty and life, hundreds of animals living at their own pace, without interference, a cared for and respected space. Here followed the problems with the van: the shock absorber broke, then the roof that rises suffered a damage and a battery support so we had to GO BACK TO THE MECHANIC, this time inside the park, with the time that implies. The accommodation was in osopuko campsite, an austere place but very cared for by the people who attend to it, friendly, perfect food and in the middle of the park; highly recommended. Then when it was time to go to Ngorongoro the plan was to stay at another campsite; rhino lodge, but apparently there was no place available and we were on a waiting list, the same day we sent to stay. Again we had to call Ibrahim and argue with him. He did not want to hire another lodge inside the park because it was "much more expensive", in return we had to go to Arusha and return the next day, WITHOUT PROVIDING THE GUIDED SERVICE, stealing hours from our sleep and free time. Ngorongoro is magic of nature. At arusha we stayed at Simba lodge, a very comfortable, safe place, good food and Service: I recommend it. Last day we went to Lake Manyara, everything was very good. At the end, he left us our guide at the airport as agreed. Unfortunately Ibrahim did not comply with the agreement, after receiving the payment it stopped being as attentive as it seemed and we did not receive an apology. The nature of these parks is dreamy, unmatched which made the experience magnificent despite the setbacks. I don't recommend the agency.
