Arusha to Tarangire National Park
Tarangire National Park - In the morning, the operator will pick guests up from Mount Meru Hotel in Arusha and drive to Tarangire National Park, renowned for its massive baobab trees and large elephant herds. The park’s sparse vegetation creates a stunning and unique environment, where up to 300 elephants can be seen searching for underground streams in the dry riverbeds. Migratory wildebeest, zebra, and buffalo also gather around the dwindling lagoons. Guests will enjoy an afternoon game drive with a picnic lunch.
Ngorongoro
Ngorongoro Conservation Area - Guests will rise early to descend the 600-meter high walls to the crater floor and experience one of Africa’s seven natural wonders up close! Recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, it is considered one of the most beautiful and unique locations in Africa. The area is a sanctuary for African wildlife, and visitors might even have the chance to see the endangered Rhino!
Lake Manyara to Arusha
Lake Manyara National Park - In the morning, guests will drive to Lake Manyara National Park, situated within the Great Rift Valley. Lake Manyara is renowned for its breathtaking scenery, famous for tree-climbing lions and its soda-ash lake. The park offers an excellent introduction to Tanzania’s birdlife. The lake’s shores, adorned with pink flamingos, attract over 400 bird species, many of which are waterfowl or migrants. In the afternoon, guests will drive back to Arusha/Moshi or Kilimanjaro Airport.
