Great experience - Great quad bike experience, the whole trip was well organized with good communication. We were out on the double quad with 2 other couples and the instructor for a good hour + they also did single quads with camel rides or sand boarding but we opted out of those activities. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic trip - We played on the quad bikes along the beach which was very fun and took a quick sand boarding break which was also super fun but walking back up the hill was really hard! Afterwards they gave us tea while we waited for the driver to come collect us. Would recommend.

Fantastic activity and great price! - We absolutely loved this experience. Communication before pick up was via WhatsApp and very organised. The mini bus driver and journey were good and efficient. When we got there they fitted us up quickly and gave us a mini test before getting straight into it. Quads were very fast and the instructor was great and kept a good pace for the group to follow. The dunes and beach were amazing and the quads were certainly put through their paces. We had the snack and Moroccan tea on arriving back at the quad bike centre. The staff were friendly and very helpful. We definitely recommend this activity!

Good Quad bike experience... - Good Quad bike experience and sand boarding. First time sand boarding which was fum but it's hard work climbing back up the dune.

Great value, fun activity - Great experience - loads of fun and easy even for a novice! Large, stable quads and correct safety equipment. Comms were good both prior to and after the activity. Overall good value and fun for all!

Fifty fifty - I thought for once I’d give a detailed review especially because the experience could be much better… Pickup on time (time of activity 3h30 from pickup to drop off from agadir), driver kind but I’d say he drives a bit fast - even though in the south of France we tend to be hot headed on the road. It was a 40 minute drive out and 40 minute drive in. On arrival we got our “quad skills” tested by the owner (?) who’s a little rough on the edges. The young guides are very helpful and kind though. I was slightly bedazzled by the fact that on arrival you sign a discharge document which means that when you have an accident, the company is not responsible. Also on the backside it mentions that when you damage the quad you pay (so really no responsibility on the part of the company QuadRandaAgadir in Takate, where your adventure starts). The funniest bit it gives you a price for a broken brake light bulb! How on earth…?! Also I paid for 2h on the quad and no sandboard but somehow I ended up taking a break for 30 minutes with everyone else who opted for sandboard - so a certain lack of organisation. We spend maximum 1h on the quad and some boring 20 minutes of it an a tarmac road to get into and out of the dunes. The best part was getting back along the shoreline, great! But it lasted only 5 minutes before we hit the dunes and the tarmac again. Tea and biscuits ok but no water bottle.

The quad biking was... - The quad biking was excellent really enjoyed this had a decent amount of time going around and took us to different parts of the beach / off-roading parts. Were able to stop and get some nice pics whalst in the quads. But the sand boarding not so much as we were left on our own a lot and basically had to just get on with it by ourselves. If not fit I wouldn’t recomend the sand boarding only as was very hard walking up and down the sand with a board multiple times. A buggy / transport up the top would be good as would have had a better experience and more go’s.

Bad organization and comunication - We had a very unpleasant experience with this quad rental agency in Agadir. From the beginning, several of the quads were in poor condition: they kept shutting down even before we left the shop, which already raised concerns about their maintenance. During the ride, one of our friends had her quad break down again. Instead of stopping the tour or offering proper assistance, the guides told the rest of us to keep going, leaving our friend behind. Worse still, one of the “guides” who had stayed at the shop told her to go alone to try to find us. As expected, she got completely lost, since we had already gone ahead and none of the other guides even knew she was missing, because the shop guide never informed them. Fortunately, my friend was helped by another quad company, whose staff were kind and responsible. One of them even gave her a ride on his own quad because hers was completely broken. When we returned, instead of acknowledging their mistake, the man in charge got defensive, blaming our friend and making up a story about her speeding off so fast that he couldn’t follow her — completely untrue, since her quad couldn’t even move properly, and she had to be rescued. The only positive part of this entire experience was Aymane, one of the guides. He was genuinely concerned about our friend from the moment she went missing. He kept looking for her nonstop until we finally found her. His empathy, professionalism, and dedication truly stood out. If the rest of the team had behaved like him, this experience would have been very different.
