Just outside Tampa’s downtown is the nursery for Tampa Bay’s dolphin population where mothers and calves frolic the day away.
Your guide will explain the daily life and habits of the dolphin on this 1.5-hour cruise. When your guides spot the pods of dolphins, the boat will stop within 30 feet (10 meters) or less as the guides have ways to get them to come right to the boats. Keep your cameras ready as you will see dolphins closer than you ever thought. You will be a master of dolphin spotting by the end of your cruise!
After seeing the dolphins you’ll head back to to downtown Tampa, cruising the channels and river and learning about the great city of Tampa.

Would definitely do it again - Fun outdoor activity. Guide was very informative, learned some great dolphin facts and local facts. Wasn’t long enough to get bored but short enough to want more!

Awesome experience seeing multiple dolphins in the bay. - Had a great experience. Booked the 11am but was kindly given the option to join the 2pm or get a refund because the 11am was cancelled. I joined the 2pm and we saw quite a few dolphins throughout our trip. Dolphins jumping in the wake in front of a large ship was really awesome to watch!!!

Friendly tour guide and many dolphins - The tour was excellent. Starting with our captain/guide. He was very nice and cordial to everyone. We were able to catch sight of many dolphins.

Dolphin tour - My friend and I did this tour today and had an incredible experience. Mark, our guide, was really knowledgeable and we learned some really interesting facts about dolphins. He also provided a bit of information about the local history. We encountered several pods of dolphins during the entirety of the cruise and on a few occasions they swam right up to the boat! This tour was worth every penny. I highly recommend doing this excursion and hope you all have Mark as your guide!
