Best day! - Great fun!! Had 2 Jet ski’s for 4 of us and we all took a turn driving. Good instructors that set the rules for your safety. Did the morning 4-5hours which was more than enough. We all had such fun going as fast as you wanted in some areas or you go at your own pace. Highly recommend!

I had an amazing time on... - I had an amazing time on the JetSki tour in Phuket! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and ensured our safety with a thorough briefing. The JetSkis were in excellent condition, and the tour itself was fantastic. We cruised through stunning crystal-clear waters, passing beautiful islands and hidden beaches. Our guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and shared interesting facts about the area, making the experience even more enjoyable. The thrill of riding the JetSki, combined with the breathtaking scenery, made for a truly unforgettable adventure. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Phuket!

Brilliant Thai people, brilliant time - The staff were absolutely brilliant and the experience was well worth it! I highly recommend it. The staff were very professional especially dealing with primitive forms of life from islamic and eastern european nations who fail to listen to a single instruction who caused damage to equipment and jet skis.

Super fun way to spend a day - So much fun! Only part I would change is I wish the jet ski went faster. Rocky seemed like a really good guy and it was a small family owned business. I felt really good about supporting them.

Beautiful - Beautiful memory, a jet ride in the different places gave us plenty of eyes.To do again 😁. Group super nice, as our guide always smile.Good we were bad in English but it still does. Great ride.

Good - We enjoyed our experience. The islands were beautiful and the staff was very friendly and they made sure they took plenty of photos for us which was nice. The only problem was there was no toilet paper, tissue or anything provided for the bathroom at all, and there was no sink to wash our hands after using the bathroom, this was uncomfortable for us especially as the experience takes up to 5 hours. Other than that everything else was great.

Value for money does not match. - The ride itself was fun with the jet skis, but the islands were unfortunately very unspectacular and also a bit littered. A big minus: no water is provided!!! At the islands you could buy both drinks and snacks. Regarding transfer: our hotel was not on the pick-up list, ie we had to pay the same price as others who were picked up for free. We had to pay for our taxi there and back ourselves.

Disorganized and overpriced - We were really excited for the tour, but unfortunately, it didn’t meet expectations in terms of organization and overall experience. First off, the timing was a big issue. The tour was advertised as lasting 4 to 4.5 hours, but in reality, we spent a lot of time waiting. We left our hotel before 7 a.m., but didn’t return until around 3 p.m. This included the transfer to the base, about an hour of waiting for everyone to gather and the jetskis to be prepared, the tour itself, and then the lunch break when we got back. We also had to wait again for the car to take us back. So, the total experience was much longer and filled with unnecessary delays. Now, on the water, the jetskis were fine. They reached speeds of 45-50 km/h and had space for bags. Initially, riding was fun, and we got to stop at the “monkey” island, where we fed some monkeys (they’re pretty used to tourists). But the rest of the islands and stops weren’t as enjoyable. At one island, we had a break, but there were no toilets, and the snacks and drinks weren’t included in price (even water had to be bought). There was really nothing to do on the island except wait. The guides seemed to take this time to smoke, which added to the awkward feeling of doing nothing. At this point, the physical discomfort of the ride started to kick in. The water was choppy and windy, which made the ride less enjoyable, and my muscles started hurting. We made several stops for photos, but after 1-2 stops they started to feel unnecessary. The guides did take great photos, but after a couple of stops, it felt repetitive and we spent a lot of time waiting for the slower riders in the group to join us for photos. When we got to the final island, there was no explanation about what to do or where we were supposed to go. We were led to a restaurant, and after we were served food and drinks, we were told we would leave in 5 minutes. This meant we barely had time to finish our food. Also, the paid toilets were inconvenient (no paper and a rude attendant). To top it all off, I had 500 THB stolen from my jetski. I don’t blame the guides, I suspect it was one of the local boys helping with the jetskis on the island. It’s a good reminder not to leave anything behind. Finally back on the land, the lunch was decent and included in the price (finally!), and we bought a framed photo of us for 200 THB to remember the day. In conclusion, while the tour had some fun moments, the long waiting times and lack of organization really made it less enjoyable. The choppy ride was physically uncomfortable, and the overall value didn’t match the price. If the waiting time was reduced and the guides provided clearer instructions, this could have been a much better experience.

Bad Communication / No photos/ Don't Book - I would take a pass on the this Jet Ski trip!! Their commutation is very poor. They do not respond to your emails or WhatsApp Messenges. We were not even sure that our booking was confirmed until we arrived at the pier as we needed to make our own way there, it was stressful. We were told that we would receive photos of our trip but received photos of another group. We have tried contacting them to no avail. Viator has not helped. We have put the whole transaction into dispute with our credit card company.
