Taminique Falls - The tour to Tamanique was one of my favorite experiences on my vacation. The main waterfall and pool is stunning and so refreshing to swim in after the hike down. I chose not to jump in the falls, but I still had a great time. Mateo, the guide, was super cool and great to talk to about the history of El Salvador

Majestic Falls - Views are amazing. The waterfalls are breathtaking. The hike down was pretty easy because you are going down, but pretty difficult coming back up due to the rapid incline and humidity. Our guide Salva was very knowledgeable and knows the trail like it was his own backyard. He knows exactly where to step and what slippery rocks to avoid, etc. He guides you around the rocky falls individually for safety. He has a welcoming personality and spoke very good English. Recommend this hike, but you must be physically in shape to complete for the hike back up.

Chamba champ - Amazing hike and guide. Chamba was the man. Super knowledgeable, funny and helped us out with our hotel situation. Solid dude. 10/10 would book again

Waterfalls bliss! Chamba is the best! - Chamba is the most amazing tour guide! Very passionate about his country and so easy going and fun! Good workout with the waterfalls to enjoy at the end!

Half day tour with cliff jumping and waterfalls - This was great. Half a day, not expensive, easy to commit to. The drive was short, about 20 mins. The hike was not strenuous for people in good shape. I think it could be for some, especially on the way back. Some steep stairs/rocks and could be slippery when wet. However, the waterfalls were nice and the cliff jumping was even better. I’ve never cliff jumped before, and it was a bucket list item on this trip for me. Our guide, Chamba, was super nice and helpful and fun. It was just really relaxing and easy. I don’t always like to commit to a full day tour when on vacation, so this was a nice excursion. Wear shoes that can get wet, like Keens.

Great! - So fun! We jumped into the waterfalls and it was amazing. Hike is reasonably difficult but doable if you’re relatively athletic

Beautiful waterfalls with a great guide to show you the way - this is an absolute must do when heading to el tunco! I am a solo female traveler who felt so safe throughout the whole of El Salvador! Salva is an amazing tour guide who gives such good information on the surrounding areas! The waterfalls are absolutely beautiful and so much fun to jump off of (don’t chicken out ;))

Tamanique Waterfalls! - Visited Tamanique Waterfalls during my trip to El Salvador and it was amazing!! Salva was awesome. Tour was well organized and Salva was very communicative and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend for those visiting :) (Tip - Bring water shoes).

Tamanique waterfall experience! - My family and I had an amazing experience hiking the Tamanique waterfalls. The waterfalls were phenomenal and with the most stunning views. We had the pleasure of having Tunco life as our tour guide. I would like to express how wonderful their hospitality was and were very thorough with the overall experience. 10/10 recommend and will be visiting again in the near future.
