Very enjoyable! - We loved the whole experience! We’ve never done a cooking class before, but did not feel lost. There were multiple teachers who helped us stay on track. It was nice getting to see the Thai market and learning how to make homemade Thai food!

Fantastic food Trip! - James food tour was the best trip we arranged. We d recommend you book at the start of your stay to orientate you in Phuket Old Town. We visited some of Phukets oldest restaurants selling authentic and delicious food. We learnt loads about the history of Phuket, visiting the Museum as well. Jane was great, funny and very knowledgable. Thanks Jabe for a great trip!

Jane’s local food & history tour - We had no idea what to expect, I chose Jane based on her reviews. Jane did not disappoint, giving us a tour of the old town, taking in the sights and museum as well as stopping at some of the oldest restaurants serving authentic home cooked food. We would never have even considered eating in them if Jane hadn’t taken us. We were glad we did because Jane is a local and knew where to take us, both food and stories were amazing!! Top tip, to go on the tour when you arrive as it’s a good orientation. Well with the price.

Such an amazing experience - Such an amazing experience from the start of the market all the way to the unique and amazing flavorful dishes we made on our own !

A+! Such a wonderful experience. - Jane is a fantastic tour guide -- very charming, and extremely knowledgeable not only about the local cuisine, but also Phuket's history as well. She instructed me to "come hungry" beforehand, and she wasn't kidding. I sampled more amazing dishes than I could possibly finish (and was able to take a bunch home!). Definitely one of the highlights of my adventures in Thailand.

Absolutely would recommend doing! - Oh my swear word! AMAZING! Class was so informative, interactive, communicative and worth it on every level! One of the highlights of our trip. The instructors were darling!!! Helped us see we can make Thai food and taught us the best little tricks!

Old Phuket town food tour - Jane took us to some amazing places, some of them, hole in the wall with good authentic Southern Thai food. She explained the ingredients and how it has made it's way too each dish. We also toured two museums and two old houses and the way they were set up in the past.
I recommend this tour to everybody. Jane spoke perfect English and we really enjoyed our time with her.

Amazing Tour!!! - The food on this tour was incredible. We ate so many wonderful foods and Jane was so informative of what everything was. She also showed us around old Phuket and taught us great history. We did this tour with our 11 month old baby boy and she was so considerate and helpful, as she is a mother herself. If you’re wanting an incredibly personable and delicious experience on a food/city tour, I highly recommend this tour with Jane! You will not regret it!!!

Great way to learn about different food and restaurants - Jane did a great job. Very organized and communicative, which I very much appreciate. Her knowledge of the history of old Phuket and the food scene was great. We've already been in Thailand for a month and everything we ate was something we had not previously tried which is exactly what we wanted. There was SO MUCH food so be sure to not fill up at the first stop, although it is tempting. I enjoyed the walking in between food stops and learning more history, I wish there had been more to give you time to walk off a bit of what you're eating too. When booking it said the tour was 4 hours, ours was about 2.5.
