This tour invites you to explore Asakusa’s renowned attractions while leading you to a tranquil Zen temple, away from the city’s hustle, allowing for a full cultural immersion.
Zazen involves maintaining the correct posture and breathing, and with guidance from an experienced monk, you will learn the proper techniques. Additionally, to enrich your cultural experience, you will also be taught how to appreciate matcha tea.
Following the Zazen session, there will be an opportunity to converse with the monk. Feel free to ask questions, share your reflections, and discover how to integrate Zen wisdom into daily life.
