Great show and meetup! - This was the third time I've been to one of Meshida's shows in Tokyo -- and every time they're great. The show and jokes are good, and it's also informative about topics (work-life, politics, sex, religion) not usually addressed in public here. His extensive youtube and instagram video gives a good indication of what it's like, but better in person (especially with the inexpensive drinks at the various local bars where he has the live shows.) They're also fun as a meetup -- every time I've gone there have been interesting other guests to talk to.

Great show! - I’ve been following Meshida-san for a long time on YouTube and Instagram, so I was really excited to finally see him perform live, and it absolutely lived up to my expectations! The show was super funny from start to finish, with a great mix of sharp humor and cultural insight. Meshida-san is not only hilarious but also incredibly nice and friendly. He took the time to chat with the guests before and after the show, which made the whole experience even more special.

V.I.P. high quality show - Very funny show, in an small bar with few spectators. Meshida-san is not only not only funny on stage ; he is also very kind, funny and interesting to discuss with before and after his performances.

Amazing English Stand Up - World famous comedian Meshida-san always delivers with a great performance and often a couple of great opening acts! It's always a great time and everyone is always laughing and leaves with a smile on their face each time I've been! It's a great show and a bargain at any price!

Incredibly funny and entertaining! - What an fun night! This was probably one of, if not the favorite, things that we did in Japan. Meshida was incredibly personable, funny, and overall a wonderful person. The comedy show was hilarious and getting insights on Japanese culture was both educational and entertaining at the same time. We can't recommend this highly enough!

Why why Japan-Stand up comedy show - I was worried I’d miss Meshida-san’s live stand-up during this Japan trip, but thankfully, I caught the final show. He warmly greeted me and checked if I was okay — such kindness. Even with just five people in the audience, he delivered a top-notch performance, using cultural stereotypes between Japanese and foreigners to make us laugh out loud. Doing full English stand-up in Japan is tough, with a niche audience of mostly expats, but he keeps pushing, refining each show with quiet dedication. I truly hope he keeps going. I’ll keep supporting him — and maybe one day, his stage will be in Taiwan, the U.S., Europe… anywhere. With the world’s love for Japanese culture, this path absolutely has potential. 頑張ってね、飯田さん。

Witty, naughty and hilarious - I love watching standup comedy and it's refreshing to watch one from a Japanese perspective. Not your typical tourist attraction but definitely worth going to. Crowd was fun and Meshida's quips are hilarious with a blend of wit, naughty, and nice. Glad I went, and will defnitely come back and stay longer next time.

Big Laughs! Tons of Fun! - Meshida is an excellent comic navigating a budding and difficult comedy scene. His crowd work is great and he performed a delightful range of jokes. On top of that he has a very welcoming personality that will guarantee you have a great time.

So good that this is my second visit! - This is my second time attending the show, and it just keeps getting better! Beyond the hilarious jokes and clever cultural teases, it's an incredible way to meet new people. I've never been to a stand-up show where the entire audience ends up bonding over beers and great conversation. Meshida-san truly engages with every participant on a personal level, making the experience feel extra special. I had a fantastic evening!
