Noto is one of the most beautifully constructed towns in Europe, reminiscent of Würzburg or Nymphenburg, and stands as a remarkable achievement from the era that produced Mozart and Tiepolo.

The town of Noto is celebrated for its exceptional Baroque heritage. It serves as the center of a vast area rich in historical, archaeological, architectural, and landscape significance, stretching from the Hyblaean plateau to the Ionian coast.

Afterward, the journey continues with a 40-minute drive to the Greek Theater of Syracuse (note: the visit involves a 60-minute walk, and the ticket is not included in the tour driver service price).

The tour proceeds to explore the historic center of Ortigia on foot. The driver will bid farewell in Ortigia, allowing free time for exploration until the ship’s departure. The ship will be docked at the port of Ortigia, Syracuse.

Today, its ancient grandeur is still visible through Greek monuments and later Baroque churches in Ortygia. Visitors can also admire masterpieces by renowned painters like Caravaggio and Antonello da Messina, while the surrounding landscape offers breathtaking views of the blue sea and steep canyons. Sicilian cuisine is another highlight of the area.

The island of Ortigia was the initial site of Corinthian colonists and encapsulates the complex historical narrative of Syracuse, with streets of Greek origin, medieval building walls, and Baroque church facades.
