I invite you to participate in this complete experience on Sicilian food and culture. We will meet at 8.30 at the Ortigia market, near the port, where the cruise ships dock. The activity is a pleasant walk on the street of the market to discover local food and our way of cooking it.The experience includes:local food tasting,description of fresh and preserved food,shopping food,smart recipes, family cookbook with many recipes.You will have many recipes to try because they are written in a simple way .
The tour lasts an hour and a half and it starts at 8.30 in the morning. It is possible to include the cooking lesson with an additional extra. On Sunday the market is closed.

We will explore all the market products, and you will prepare an aperitif featuring cheeses and local specialties, creating a Sicilian breakfast. This experience takes place in the early morning, giving you the entire day to explore the city. You also have the option to join a traditional cooking class with Teresa.
