Nice, 2-hour tour - No complaints on this cruise....was not crowded and they food was good....great views of the surrounding areas...was overcast so could not see the sunset too clearly. Only complain is that the instructions say to "get there 20 minutes early to pick up tickets at the ticket office" - still looking for the ticket office. Is there one? Where is it! Don't put it in the instructions if it doesn't exist!

Do it! Worth the money! - This is a definitely must do thing. The view was amazing, and seeing the Harbour at sunset/night is stunning. The boat was really nice and feels like a real restaurant. The staff friendly and attentive. Food was okay not great, but not bad. I paid for the guarantee premium window seat, not really required, as you can access the outside area and have a open view of the harbour. I was solo, so if a romantic dinner occasion, I would splurge. There was some confusion of where I should get on the boat -> not Captain Cook Cruises' fault, just not listed on my ticket. Get on at Circular Quay or Darling Harbour? Great experience.

Missed sunset - The “sunset” cruise was disappointing. By the time we were in the harbour the sunset was over. The time of departure should be adjusted to ensure the guests experience the sunset as stated in the name of this cruise.

90 minute, 2Hr Harbour Dinner Cruise - Our Cruise was Sunset Premium & window KSW 17:00 5pm to 7pm July 26 2024 for 4 people We 4 were seated on the Left of the ship at window table behind the bar with view of a large blank wall (the bar), so we could only see sideways and no forward view at all. Not a great start considering we had paid for Premium & window . The cruise was from 5pm to 7pm, but we were not advised that midway we would spend 30minutes (15 minutes going in, and then 15 minutes going back out into the harbour), picking up passengers from Circular Quay. So our 2Hr Cruise was 1Hr 30min (we timed it) The Dinner was mostly ok, but no coffee or tea was offered (we think they ran out of time because of the Circular Quay passenger pickup.) No, I would not do it again, or suggest to others to take this cruise. We would have even paid for a coffee if it was offered. It could have been a lot better if we had a bit of commentary about what is to see. Unfortunately the bridge and Opera house were not brightly lit up, so although they were there, they were not outstanding. Of course this is not the fault of Captain Cook Cruise, but it's what tourists go out to see.

Passable. - Passable. Food wasn't that great and the boat docked once while en route. We weren't seated with our friends.
