Open air top deck view - If the weather is nice, eat quickly and go to top deck. Where the food is served is depressing compared to top open deck.

Sydney harbour sightseeing tour - Unfortunately we had to use a qr code to have access to the commentary on our mobiles. It was difficult to know where the commentary was talking about, especially when there was a distance between the sights. The actual views were very good though.

Quick way to see harbor - Nice way to see harbor. There is no guidance other from app you need to download. Best to download app for commentary ahead of time.

Beautiful harbour but journey a little flat - Beautiful scenery but they could go so much more to make it worthwhile. Commentary and a menu without a qr code. Who wants to look at their phone?

There are much better cruises than this one - I thought I booked the same cruise I booked two years ago when I took a group of business colleagues on a tour of the harbor - a bunch of folks who had never been to Sydney before. That last time we went to all around on a much smaller boat to Barangaroo and to some little beach area and it stopped for like 30 minutes where there were lots of outdoor places to grab a drink and under the Sydney Harbor Bridge. This cruise was NOT THAT. I do NOT recommend this cruise. The boat went so slowly that there was no breeze. It did not go under the Sydney Harbor Bridge or the little beach. We basically did nothing. The boat two years ago gave had a commentary on what we were seeing. This one you had to have your ear buds with you - which they did not tell you - and do it on your own on your phone. There were very limited chairs on the top deck.

Bad trip with no information - Basically a restaurant on a boat. No information was given about the sites. Since we were not having high tea we were sat away from the windows.

Harbor cruise is worth it, but not with this cruise company. - The cruise arrived 15 minutes late. We we hearded aboard to the top deck. There wasn't a live talk and there was no explanation that you needed to download an app to get sight information. The app worked only fairly well. The cruise ended a little early so it was not the 1.5 hours that was booked. I would recommend a harbor cruise as the sights are worth seeing, just not with the company I booked with.

Terrible - One star is far too generous. I wish there were an option to give zero stars. As Asian passengers, we were treated with blatant disrespect. The staff’s attitude was far beyond rude—they made us feel as though we were inferior or unwelcome, as if we didn’t deserve basic respect. There was no information provided on their website or during booking about seating restrictions. We were told we could only sit either upstairs outside or in the middle inside. This lack of transparency caused unnecessary inconvenience and frustration, further tarnishing the experience. They asked me to 'PAY EXTRA' upfront even though we did not even sit next to the window. I hope no one else has to endure such an awful experience. Think twice before booking with this.
