Belated birthday trip excursion - Rafael was a great host and took us to some beautiful vineyards. All of the vineyards were very knowledgeable and generous with their pours. 100% will recommend to all my friends when they come to Australia.

Hunter Valley Wine Tour - Went to the Hunter Valley to do a wine tour and had a great time! My guide Ben was full of facts and was really helpful despite the torrential rain!

Enjoyable day of wine tasting! - This was our first time to the Sydney area and so we quite enjoyed the drive to the vineyards. It was fun to learn about the various types of wine from the various producers! Only suggestion would be to have some cheese & bread during the tasting. The tour guide was very friendly and kept everyone on schedule. All in all - it was a very enjoyable day out.

The perfect day - If your plans are to see the Hunter Valley and enjoy some small wineries with a great host-driver this is your trip! Our guy Ben gave us a great overview of the Sydney area on our 2 hour drive to the Hunter Valley in comfort and fun. Once we arrived at our first winery Sattlers Creek I knew our day was going to be great. Beautiful setting and great tastings from Scott at Sattlers. The tour continued to a more rustic winery, a great golf course lunch stop, a nice cheese tasting and a third small winery with kangaroos spotted by our epic host-driver Ben. Our return to Sydney was on time, safe and impressive in our comfortable van. In our limited time in Sydney I think this was the best decision we made to get out and see the Hunter Valley that we wanted to see.

The best way of spend a day - Loved everything about this tour. The wineries, the cheese, the view, kangaroos, the size of the group, the nice tour guide. I’d recommend it to anyone who visit Sydney. Thank you very much!

A wonderful outing to the... - A wonderful outing to the Hunter Valley wine region. Visited three boutique wineries that only sell their wines at the winery. Tasted 5 or more wines at each. We even observed some wild kangaroos in the area.

Good Day Out! - Small group, good wines and good information. Lovely landscape and good cheese. A great day out of Sydney, plan on 10-11 hours. Enthusiastic wineries that lay out a pleasant tasting. The lunch was not the highlight, but was on a beautiful golf coursee.

Evaluation of the boutique wine tour - The wineries we visited had wines that really could not be purchased outside of Australia. That was a disappointment to both the sellers and the visitors. I understand that part of this is to support smaller wineries. But I think that one of the 3 that we visited should be a bigger producer with a solid reputation. I drink and purchase a lot of wine, and I would have only purchased a couple of bottles of the entire 15 we tasted. All in all, the wine was just OK. The driver was very competent and polite.

Nice day trip, but lots of confusion at the pickip - While the van was on time for the Hilton stop, we were not on the driver's list. He made several calls to learn he did not have the correct list. He left us in the van. We then had to go back to the other pickup places to get people that he missed. Started the day off on not the best note. Scenic drive to the wineries. The 1st winery had the best tasting room and wines. Wished I would have bought some as I expected the wines to get better. 2nd winery was fun due to the staff. 3rd winery could be replaced by another with no loss. Wine was not good and we seemed to be annoying the attendant. Overall, a good experience with pts of room for improvement.
