Incredible value! - We bought the 8 day pass with the Swiss travel pass discount and it saved us so much money. It was also extremely easy to use (QR code saved on our phones). If you are going to be in the region for any amount of time and want to explore, I highly recommend purchasing.

Top of the World Sights! Top of the World Feeling! - The views were amazing not only at the top but all the way up and down. But hope that a review could be done to the insurance claim process which till date the partner insurance company has not reverted to my mail.

Go during the opening time to maximize your adventure! - I would recommend going during the opening time as everything in the Jungfraujoch area was interesting to visit. They also have an intermediate stop and they stop there for a few minutes and people quickly dashed out and back in to take pictures, but not sure if that is worth missing your train to and/or losing your belongings.

Lovely experience - Absolutely worth it. The pass is really useful and covers almost all places including train rides, cable cars and ferry. Even for those it doesn’t include, it gets you discount. So it is worth the price.

You save a lot of money. - It is the cheapest option. When we arrived in Lautenbrunner, I went into the tourist office to get advice on how best and cheapest to experience jungfraujock, grindelwald first and a boat trip from Interlake on one of the green lakes. The answer was very quickly jungfrau pass. For a little more than DKK 2,000 we traveled by train, cable cars, sailed, went on Jungfrau Jock, went up Haarder Kulm, went up Grindelwald First, took the cable car from Lautenbrunner up to the wall. If I had bought tickets individually it would have cost at least 50% more and probably closer to double. Ví just took the big funicular up towards Jungfrau Jock an extra time and down, as it was such a great experience. There are many more options for using the jungfrau pass, but we tried what we wanted and a few extra things, so a Mega saving. That pass made our holiday a little less expensive. The trains run with approximately 1/2 hour service, are good and run on time. I can only recommend buying this pass.

Worth it though pricy - Worth doing but on expensive side - buy ticket, then buy a seat. Views amazing. Go on first 3 of morning when less crowded. 2 hours there is more than enough.

Awful train ride - Commercial fleecing of tourists. Relentless advertising on noisy train mostly in tunnel, useless shops and too crowded.

Place unsuitable for a large number of tourists - One of the big negative points is that all the restaurants were reserved for groups during lunch, even the self-service one. So leaving the tourists without solution at the top of the jungfraujoch. We were lucky enough to be able to eat before a group arrived in an Indian restaurant (Bolywood) which was a very bad experience. Firstly we make you eat on cardboard plates and cardboard cutlery for 33.- per person. Supposedly it's a buffet, there were no starters, no desserts and only 5 hot dishes. This restaurant is clearly a steal. Otherwise, the activities inside are fun but the place is rather small for so many tourists and groups.

Full of Promise, No Delivery! - Over crowded, chaotic, disorganised, disappointing. The train crew were overwhelmed. Some were aggressive and I saw one incident that, I viewed, as an assault by a female crew member against a female passenger. One crew member was unnecessarily screaming at passengers. It was obvious that the people she was screaming at, did not speak the local language. When I asked her not to scream at them she handed out chocolates. WTF? There were no plans for passenger management, poor signage, no one to assist or guide people on what we were expecting to be a fantastic experience. Getting off the train at the top was akin to being shot through a straw into a can of sardines with verylittle chance of escape. If you want to have one of the worst tourist experiences anywhere in the world, this is for you!

Avoid the Top of Europe store on the arrival level. - Firstly, the tickets were more expensive than all other peaks, nearly double in most cases. Secondly, we wanted to buy a jacket at the store on the arrival floor. There were 2 lady store assistants manning the store who seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves than attending to customer. After selecting a jacket to purchase, we requested if it was possible to get a new piece. The store assistant with frilly, curly hair refused and replied rather condescendingly that the jacket hanging on the rack is new because "millions buy from their store". This is a surprisingly tactless remark coming from a service staff working at an iconic tourist destination. Needless to say we returned the jacket to the rack for the millions of other customers. If you wish to buy a souvenir, buy from the store beside the Lindt chocolate store on the next level above. Friendly store assistants and service with a smile.
