From Malang to Tumpak Sewu takes 2 hours and 30 minutes drive, while from Surabaya takes 3 hours drive. Since it is a long drive just tell to the driver if you need to stop to rest your legs.
- Tumpak Sewu Waterfall - When arriving at Tumpak Sewu Parking Area, takes a 10-minutes walk to Panoramic View Point to enjoy the view of falls from the top. Afterwards take 30-minutes hike down to the base of falls, your adventure start here. Watch your step when hiking down because it’s a little bit slippery, don’t worry our guide will be with you. Afterall please enjoy the amazing Tumpak Sewu Waterfalls, it will become the moment you never forget.
- Tetes Cave - After having an amazing time at the bottom of Tumpak Sewu, you’ll continue on to the Tetes Cave Waterfall, which is just a short 10-minute walk away.
- Malang - After experiencing the amazing Tumpak Sewu and Tetes Cave, you will return to Malang/Surabaya around 12:30 PM and the expected time to arrive back at your pick-up point is around 03:00 PM.

Wonderful experience at Tumpak Sewu Waterfall - We had a lovely experience with our guide Ifa. She speaks a very good English.
The whole tour and the waterfalls were amazing. The hike is not too hard and we were able to rent some water shoes for 20000 RP.
She took a lot of pictures for us and guided us into incredible hidden caves.
She was very nice, patient and caring about us.
Thank you so much Ifa for this unforgettable experience and those memories that we will keep us forever!
We highly recommend this tour.

sewu - My experience with Nadal as our guide to Sewu Waterfall was absolutely fantastic. He was incredibly attentive and patient throughout the entire journey, ensuring that we felt comfortable and taken care of. Awesome waterfalls and caves - First class trip, Nadal our guide contacted by WhatsApp immediately. We wanted to be collected in Surabaya but dropped off in Malang. He readily agreed and made good contact on the morning ensuring we knew when he was arriving. I was pleasantly surprised to find we were the only ones in the tour. Nadal was very courteous and informative, he took lots of photos and did some creative videography for us as well. The waterfalls, gorge and caves are spectacular and something you should not miss if in the area. Swimming in the blue pool and standing under the waterfall was fun as well. You will definitely get wet but there is facilities to change at the top for a small cost.

Tumpak sewu waterfalls - The trip was amazing. The waterfalls are huge and impressive. Our guide (Nadal) did a really good tour around the waterfalls. He is really nice, funny, takes great pictures and guides you to the best spots. Totally worth-it. 10/10 to the tour and Nadal.

Adventurous tour with unforgettable views! - The tour with our tour guide Nadal was great! He showed us nice photo spots and explored the area very patiently with us. Beforehand, you should know that water shoes are suitable for this tour. We wore flip flops, which I wouldn't recommend. Sneakers are also inappropriate because you have to walk through water and the shoes get completely wet.
A big thank you to Nadal for this adventurous and unforgettable tour!

Great time at tempuk sewu - Nadal was our guide and we had a great time and a smooth drive. He checked up on us and took some nice pictures. Even after our tour when we had some problems I reach out to him and hé helped us immediatly!
