Memorable Trip, Thanks to the Best Guide and Team! - What an incredible tour! Our guide, Melati, was absolutely amazing. She was so humble, cool, and really knew her stuff! Her recommendations for Surabaya, Bromo, and other spots were super helpful and made the whole trip even better. She went above and beyond to make sure we had an unforgettable experience.

Weather wasn't the best during the rain season but it was still very fun. - Tour guide Rico is hospitable and awesome! We truly enjoy the tour and all the information he gave us. The food at the end of the tour in a cafe was also really good!

Incredible Views of Mt. Bromo, Fun and Incredible Outing Not to Miss! - We had an amazing time on our Mt. Bromo Sunrise trip with Baroni. After booking on Viator, we began communicating directly through WhatsApp, which was easy and effective to coordinate pickup location and time. Baroni and the driver arrived at 1130pm on the dot and explained the transportation steps to arrive at Bromo.
We had several questions along the way - asking about visibility, view points, and even many questions about Bromo’s geologic origins and the people that lived around the area and supported the tourism business, which Baroni seemed to be well educated in. We were encouraged to come back for other amazing treks because of our interest in hiking and volcanoes.
Although we were unable to see the sunrise due to fog and poor visibility, Baroni suggested we go slightly lower, where we had a beautiful view of the entire caldera. We continued down to hike up to the rim of the volcano, took many pictures, and eventually made our way back for a delicious meal and a pleasant ride home.
I would not hesitate to suggest Cheap Bromo and Baroni as your guide!

Great experience with Cheap Bromo and Baroni - Had a great experience doing the single day Mt Bromo tour with Cheap Bromo. The guide, Baroni, treated us like a close friend and took care of us from the moment he met us. He was sympathetic to our needs and guided us to resolving any issues we had. Beyond that he had good knowledge of the history and folktales related to Mt Bromo and Surabaya. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience and would recommend people to tour with Cheap Bromo.

Life Best Moments Usually Happen Unplanned. - The trip to Mt Bromo turned out to be more wonderful that we could have ever imagined. We got the peaceful, breathtaking sunrise views & it was extremely beautiful. Worth it!
Thanks to our organized, engaging tour guide Mr Oni. He has positive vibes, excellent verbal communication skills and high level of general knowledge. He has a good sense of humor too.

Amazing tour to Bromo - Our trip to Mount Bromo with Rizky as our guide was absolutely amazing! From start to finish, everything was perfectly organized, and it made the whole experience seamless and stress-free. Rizky was incredibly kind, attentive, and knowledgeable. He always made sure we were comfortable.His English was excellent, so communication was effortless, and he shared so much interesting information. On top of that, his warm personality made us feel more like we were traveling with a friend than a guide.

Wonderful. Highly recommended. - Wonderful. 5 stars. We were picked up in Surabaya on time, were transported to Bromo (first on a car and then on a Jeep), arrived at the high place very early morning to avoid crowds (actually we were the 1st). Were brought to some wonderful view points to see Bromo and other mountains. Were brought to the crater, were helped to ride the horses, to have a nice meal afterwards, and to return.
Big thank you specially to Melati, the tour guide, without whom we wouldn’t have had this wonderful experience — She accompanied us happily in every place! Big thank you too to the professional drivers!

Helpful guide, amazing views! - Our tour guide Melati, was so helpful! I appreciate how clear and thought through all the transportation was organised from the pick up point to Mt Bromo. The restaurants and rest stops were well planned. Great secondary photo spots even though weather didn’t allow us to catch a good sunrise view. Just be aware that riding in a Jeep can be a little taxing, so prepare accordingly. Highly recommend!
