walk in private mode by default of participants on our session - Excuse me in exclusive mode since we were my daughter and I the only guests for the 4:00 session. The pick-up point is in front of the Sun Central bus stop B7. After a few minutes in a truck we meet at the start with the quads waiting for you for the adventure. The guide quickly took us in hand and we found my 11-year-old daughter and I on each his quad according to our ability to drive. The track is somewhat stony but the guide intervenes quickly in case of blockage for small quads driven on steep slopes. For photos and videos she volunteered to take my phone to capture our getaway in a miriad of mini videos and photos. We didn't see many animals but still delighted with the ride. Being only 2 people on this ride made us well cared for. If there's more people, I think there's more guidance for small groups of clients

10/10 best day - We had the most incredible day on our 1 hour guided tour, firstly our guide ‘Innocent M’ was such a fantastic guide, he really made our experience 10/10 ! Great person and really made sure we enjoyed ourselves.
We saw some amazing animals on our trip and we had so much fun, to anyone who might think they are too old to do it, you are not I would recommend to all ages ☺️

Quad biking sun city style - This was a brilliant trip. An experience to remember. We saw gazelle‘s wildebeest and 3 giraffes.
Sia was a brilliant guide and made sure we had an experience to remember and even took our phone and did so many videos and photos of us.
Very professional.
Big quads and easy to use. My wife and I had a great time.

Great experience - What a great experience cruising through the nature reserve on the quad. The staff were very friendly at the reception and the guide (who's name iv forgotten) was really professional and fun. Very different experience being on the quad and coming that close to giraffes I can tell you when compared to sitting in a 4x4 truck. Highly recommended experience

Quad Biking at Pilanesburg - Prince was a an awesome guide and this was one of the best Quad biking experiences we have ever had! He took photos constantly so we could concentrate on what we were doing and we saw so many animals. He even gave us a lesson on slightly more advanced quad biking which was great fun. Definitely recommend :)

Memorable and Special - We had a very fun, one of a kind quad bike tour with Mankwe Game Trackers. Our tour guide Mary, made it very special and memorable. Our very first tour with Mankwe Game Trackers but definitely not the last. Overall experience 11/10

Great experience - Just recently done this, staff were really helpful, and considerate, my wife did not want to go on her own quad bike and they did not pressure her to do so, only asked a couple of times if she wanted to.
Pace was nice and steady so you get the quad bike experience with the ability to see giraffe and antelope.

Quad Mechanical issues - We were a group of 4 people and did a Quadbike Nature Trail at SunCity. At first, The activity was an hour behind schedule without notice. The staff were very friendly and helpful and that part of the experience was great until we got onto the quadbikes. The staff helped switched on the bikes once, and then mine was not idling properly and keeps cutting out. I had to figure out how to start and get the bike running again.
We started the trail and my bike was not sounding too well and and kept dying on me. Halfway though, the bike stopped and couldn't start again. The ranger gave me her bike for the rest of the trail but it also had issues idling and eventually I had to swop with one of my group members to also enjoy the last few minutes of the trail ride. The ranger also went too fast and was hard to keep up with the whole group.
For the price we paid for this trail at a well renowned holiday resort, we expect that they maintain their equipment well to ensure an enjoyable experience which I did not get because of the technical issues.
I hope that you will prioritize the maintenance and service of your equipment to prevent any other traveler to experience the same thing I did. I couldn't enjoy the wildlife experience at all and would not consider booking the same experience with this provider in the future

Poor communication of the Sun City entrance fee - I am very disappointed at the lack of communication between Viator and the Mankwe GAMETRACKERS concerning the R450 Sun City entrance fee. Upon arrival at Sun City I was told that I cannot enter the resort without paying the R450 day visitor amount, even after I explicitly said I was only there for the quad biking. This caused me delays which resulted to me missing my 14:00 slot (I was in the shuttle from the gate at 14:10), which was moved to the 16:00 slot. When I got to the service desk inside the resort the lady who was assisting me told me that Gametrackers makes arrangements to go pick up their guests from the gate without having to pay the R450 daytime visit fee, which I had already paid. I was told that I should have communicated, when Infact this was supposed to be made clear to me by Viator as it was my medium of communication. I ended up paying an additional R900 ontop of the R1680, and having my preferred slot moved to a later one, which then messed up my itinerary for the entire day.
