Let’s meet at the station. A female guide is unable to accompany men to the men’s bath, but she will provide instructions to ensure no mistakes are made. The open-air bath alternates between men and women depending on the day: women can use it on even days, and men on odd days. If a couple makes a reservation, one person will not be able to access the open-air bath. Instead, they can enjoy a high-concentration soda bath.
(Due to chimney construction, starting from 2/13/2024, the large open-air bath will be for men only, while the small open-air and carbo bath will be for women only for a period of time.) Five indoor baths are available at any time.
There is also a separate open-air wooden deck, which should be used without clothing. It’s the perfect spot to view the Tokyo Sky Tree while relaxing in a hammock when it gets too warm!
※ Whether to shampoo or just soak is a personal choice. Typically, just soaking is preferred.
※ Weekends can be busy, so there might be a wait to enter.
