• 業平ハイツ - Guests begin by selecting a T-shirt from black and white options, with sizes ranging from women’s M and L to men’s XXXL. They then choose kanji characters from the menu and select an ink color from our wide variety of options. Using a soft chalk pencil, guests can sketch the design onto the shirt. Upon request, the same kanji can be drawn in front of them as a sample to replicate, which they can also take home. Once satisfied with the design, and with some guidance, guests can paint the kanji using their chosen ink. After the kanji is applied to the T-shirt, any excess ink is removed using thin sheets of paper. Guests can wear the shirt immediately or take it home folded in a plastic bag. The same activity is available for lanterns, following the same procedure as the T-shirts, resulting in a beautiful handmade gift from Japan. At the end of the course, participants receive a surprise free gift. Both activities last approximately one hour, with comprehensive guidance from Yoko.

Immerse yourself in Japanese culture by learning and drawing Kanji on a T-shirt. Each Kanji character carries its own meaning, which you are welcome to explore.

I also offer a variety of options: you can choose a single class to draw Japanese characters on a T-shirt, or opt to draw Kanji on a lantern or traditional Japanese umbrella. All these activities are engaging and fun for everyone. This is a truly unique experience.
