Bolivian cookery experience - We did an amazing cookery class learning about all the local ingredients which can be found in Bolivia and seeing some of the herbs etc. growing in the garden. We all got really involved in the class (we had 4 in our group) doing lots of different tasks to make a 3 course meal which was so delicious. We also shook our own cocktails made from tunga fruit which were so refreshing. We made pollo con salsa picante, homemade chilli sauce with freshly grown potatoes and radish leaves and tomatoes and we made so many accompaniments for our main as well as a dessert! Moisés is so talented and we learned so much about Bolivia and his sous-chef Charlie the cocker-spaniel is gorgeous!

Epic journie for Bolivian food culture - Very rich experience. We followed the lead of a former Bolivian chef to really participate in the cooking ourself. We learnt a lot of knowledge of the local ingredient, and method of cooking, the at the end, the food was very good like a fine dining level. The most importantly, the owner really try to promote local food culture, and he devoted his passion into exploring and preserving this food culture. Hope more people can come to experience this.

Unforgettable experience! - I loved to learn a little more about Bolivian cuisine and culture through the chefs Moises and Alejandro. Everything was organized, the drinks were delicious and the meals were a separate spectacle: everything tasty and colorful. I emphasize that assistant Charlie, a beautiful Cocker Spaniel dog, was our xodó. I highly recommend!
