Unforgettable experience! - I loved to learn a little more about Bolivian cuisine and culture through the chefs Moises and Alejandro. Everything was organized, the drinks were delicious and the meals were a separate spectacle: everything tasty and colorful. I emphasize that assistant Charlie, a beautiful Cocker Spaniel dog, was our xodó. I highly recommend!

An excellent experience - We had a fantastic experience. The host was very professional and conducted the class in English as we don’t speak Spanish. He went out of his way to teach us about local culture, customs and traditions. All of the meals that we prepared under his guidance were delicious. We would definitely recommend the course.

Cooking with Mois is fun: discover the traditional Bolivian cuisine - The chef is Mois and is a very pleasant and funny man. His English is good so you should not have any issues following the instructions. His focus is the traditional Bolivian cuisine with local ingredients. The menu is put together with what is available on the day at the Sucre fresh market. A very nice experience and fantastic food.
