Great boat tour - Great boat tour. We booked 1 day prior, so many time slots were already taken. We had a nice boat tour and enjoyed seeing the fjord from the water and looking at the waterfalls. We saw a pod of orcas during the tour, which was great. You can use a free audio tour by downloading an app (QR code on the boat). The ship was clean, but a bit crowded on the outside decks.

Unbelievable - The views were amazing! Unbelievable to see the waterfalls actually falling right into the fjord. You could feel the the mist on your face.

Gorgeous Norway Views - Stunning views, delicious food, and 3 knowledgeable ,entertaining and helpful guides,/staff ,Ioannis, Nicole and Rolt ! The boat was very comfortable and allowed for great views of the spectacular scenery! We also had the opportunity to get off the boat and do an interesting and slightly challenging climb up steps of a waterfall.

Dream landscape - Dreamlike scenery, very nice shipping, impressive waterfalls, but some organizational shortcomings by the Norwegian organizer

Beautiful trip of one hour - We took the car onto the boat so that we could drive from Geiranger back to Stranda. A super beautiful trip through the fjords. On the upper deck we could see everything clearly. But now it wasn't that busy. There are plastic chairs on the upper deck, so you have to move around a bit. We were told something about an audio tour, but we missed that. Geiranger is a small village with a few tourist shops and some restaurants. If you are there at the same time as a large cruise ship, it will probably be less fun. If you go by car, take route 63 to the viewpoint. It's fantastic (in clear weather)

Viator and Tour Company messed up our reservation. - Our morning tour was cancelled by the Viator representative and rebooked for the afternoon tour. We arrived in plenty of time with printed out copies of the tickets. However, when we arrived at the pier, the tour operator didn't have record that our morning tour was rescheduled to the afternoon tour. They said this was an issue with Viator not updating our reservation? After heated discussion with the manager and boat captain, they said we would have to wait until everyone had boarded to see if there was enough room for us to board. Luckily, some other travelers didn't make it so we were 'allowed' to board the boat that we booked months ago. This is a terrible way to manage reservations, they blamed Viator and when I contacted Viator they blamed the boat tour. The tour itself was lovely and we enjoyed our time on the boat.

Unfortuante customer serivce - I would give the company 4-5 stars, except they did not return my money. I made the mistake of booking a 3-hour cruise 2 months in advance. I immediately realized my mistake and contacted them to update it to a 90-minute cruise, same day, and same time. They accommodated me, but did not return the difference. I let it go at the time, but when I went to check in for the cruise, the representative helping us queried on which cruise we were on. We explained the mistake we'd made, and she asked, "they returned your money, right?" "No," I said, and she said that wasn't right. I reached out to them, and they told me "too bad," which again, I understand, except their representative when we checked in told us we were entitled to a refund.
