Lunch Break. You’ll learn how to cook over an open fire
Demonstrating cooking methods like spit-roasting, pot hanging, and fire-baking. Depending on what’s on the menu. -
Trapping
Building simple traps for catching small games (e.g., figure-four deadfall or snare).
Ethical considerations and responsible trapping. -
If time, Practical Survival Scenarios
Instructors set up simulated survival scenarios, and participants will use all their ideas and creativity to come up with ideas to overcome challenges and meet their basic needs.
