• Take the Metro (Red or Green line) to Slussen station.
• Exit at Södermalmstorg.
• If the Katarina Elevator is on your right, walk across Ryssgården square. Cross Slussbrogatan at the zebra crossing in front of you. The meeting point is at the Södermalmstorg escalators/down steps.

• If the Katarina Elevator is on your left, turn left and walk around the metro building. Cross Slussbrogatan at the zebra crossing. The meeting point is at the Södermalmstorg escalators/down steps.

ABBA Connection:
In 1977, Frida was seen at Slussen in a scene of Money, Money, Money. In 2011, Benny publicly opposed the development of the “New Slussen” project.

• Katarina Hissen - The Katarina Elevator. In 1965, Benny’s group HEPSTARS (pre-ABBA) filmed a scene on top of the Katarina elevator. Perhaps they were influenced by the Beatles, who had been filmed on rooftops in London.
• Järntorget - Järntorget (Iron Square) is a historical gem in Stockholm’s Old Town. In 1974, a photo session took place at Järntorget well, with the group posing as if in a jamming session.
• Vasterlanggatan - VÄSTERLÅNGGATAN, ABBA was seen on this street on several occasions in the 1970s.
• Baggensgatan - BAGGENSGATAN 21, Frida and Benny moved here in late 1974. The apartment occupied the top two floors of the building.
• Stortorget - Stortorget (The Big Square), Stockholm’s oldest historic square, from where the city grew.
  ABBA’s most famous photograph was taken in this square in 1976. In 1987, Agnetha was filmed riding her bike across the square for a music video. Also, in 2009, Björn introduced the CNN program My City My Life from here.
• The Royal Palace - The Royal Palace and its surroundings became a familiar venue for ABBA, and later for Frida and Björn in particular.
• Skeppsbron - Skeppsbron, just downhill from the Royal Palace, was the venue for ABBA’s PA and good friend Görel Hanser’s 50th birthday party in 1999. All four members of ABBA attended the party.
• The Royal Swedish Opera - The Royal Swedish Opera also became a familiar venue for ABBA, and later for Frida and Björn in particular.
• Restaurant Operakällaren - Operakällaren (The Opera Cellar), founded in 1787, is a well-known Michelin-rated restaurant. This restaurant has hosted award ceremonies in the 1970s and later. ABBA received awards here in 1976 and 1993.
• S:t Jacobs Kyrka - S:t Jacobs Church, where Stickan Anderson’s funeral took place on 10 October 1997.
• Hamburger Bors - Hamburger Börs (Restaurant and shows) has been a popular meeting place in the very center of Stockholm for over 250 years.
• Grand Hôtel - Grand Hotel has been the venue for countless ABBA activities since the 1970s.
• Stockholm - Ex Club Atlantic, Teatergatan 3, 111 48 Stockholm.
• Radisson Collection Strand Hotel, Stockholm - Strand Hotel (Radisson Collection Strand Hotel) was the venue in December 1970 for the ABBA members performing their ill-fated cabaret act of songs and comedy sketches in their first incarnation as FESTFOLKET (The Party People). In 1978, ABBA’s SUMMER NIGHT CITY video was filmed close to the hotel.
• China Teatern - The China Theatre, a private theatre located in Berzeli Park at Nybroplan.
• Hamngatan 11 - Polar Music Offices, on 9th November 1981, Polar moved into their new offices at Hamngatan 11 at the by then infamous Normalmstorg.
• Riddargatan 14 - Castle Hotel, the back cover of an ABBA album was taken in the reception area of the former Castle Hotel on Riddargatan 14, behind the Royal Dramatic Theatre.
• Strandvagen - Strandvägen/Kajplats 17 - Depart for Viggsö and the mythical ABBA songwriting cottage.

Boat pick-up: The boat crew provides overalls/wind jackets, life vests, and goggles. All items are provided on the docks by the boat crew. Passengers are assisted in changing into suitable boat clothing. Notable life vests are fitted last. The crew will assist passengers in boarding. Loose items (bags, hats, etc.) are stowed away in safe hatches onboard. The captain will hold a short safety briefing as the journey starts.

• Stockholm - ABBA mystery spot. We pass slowly and calmly by a significant current place for an ABBA member. Who lives here?
• Kummelnäsviken - Brief stop for the captain to check that everyone is HAPPY AND SMILING.
• Vaxholm - ABBA surely passed by Vaxholm on their journey to and from their mythical songwriting cottage on Viggsö. It’s plausible that they stopped at Vaxholm to stock up on food and other necessities and to refuel their boat(s) on the way to or from Viggsö.
• Stegesundet - Stegesundet: A narrow passage between the islands of Stegesund – Hästholmen and Skarpö. Clearly, ABBA has passed through here many times on their journey to and from their mythical songwriting cottage on Viggsö or further afield travels by sea.
• Viggsö - VIGGSÖ – The home of the ABBA Songwriting Cottage: View the mythical cottage from the sea and capture stunning photo opportunities.
