Green hop on and off boat - Right on time! The captain and first mate were so helpful. It was the best way to see the top museums.

A relaxing ride !! - At the Stromma Ticketing counter, the staff are very help and cooperative. Our boat ride is included in our Go Pass . Before we got into the boat, they provide us earpiece to plug into the pre-recorded audio guide on our seats as we cruise along. The boat is well covered, quite full with passengers. Plenty of buildings and seceneries as we cruise along but it would be great to stand at the bow to capture better pictures. If you are tired of walking, just feel like sitting and relax, Stockholm Hop-On-Hop Off Sighsteeing Cruise is worth the ride !!!

Excellent tour - Best way to get around many of Stockholms sites and view the beautiful scenery. Bought a 72 hour pass was worth the money the only thing to watch out for is the pass expires from Apple Wallet after the 1st day but was able to pull it up and screen shot. That is an apple issue and not Viator.

Clearing up Cruise Excursion Confusion - This was a delightful way for us to see Stockholm as first-timers. The Stromma Company operates HOHO bus & boat. Their green bus is at the cruise ship terminal, and shuttles us to the downtown stop to connect with their red bus. Their red busses take the routes all around town. There is another red bus line which is not part of this company (and does not go to the cruise ship or hop-on boats.) We really enjoyed staying on the bus (2 hours for entire route) and then hopped on the boat to see the city areas from the water. We stayed for all the boat stops (about 1 hour) as it was a gorgeous ride. There is definitely a wait for the bus stops but the city of Stockholm is so lovely we didn't mind one bit.

Best Way to See Stockholm - The Hop on Hop off Boat is by far the best way to see & get around in Stockholm! We started @ the Vasa Museum & then over to the Old Town followed by the Newer Part of Stockholm. Just wish we had more time there. So much to see in this Beautiful City! The Boat Driver & her Helper were very Helpful & delightful to talk to! Alpharetta, Ga. Friends

Basic transportation every hour - Has a recorded narrative which is ok but not live. Basically hood transportation but the only run one boat so it only hits each stop once every hours so you have to time it also doesn’t start til 1015 and museums open at 10.

Small Boats, more like a taxi service - We didn’t realize that there was a choice of two hop on boat tours, otherwise we would have chosen the one with the bigger boats (Red Bus/Boat Tours). We were very disappointed after experiencing the large open cabin boat tours that were in Copenhagen, only to find that these small, covered, and cramped boats were lame in comparison. The boats were so small, that on several occasions we had to wait for the next one, 30 more minutes, due to the line and the lack of room on the boat for the new riders. The boats had tables that took up premium seating, and a few time we had to stand up in the isle for several stops before a seat opened up. They really chose the wrong type of boat for this tour, and we paid the price. The audio had so much silence that could have been filled up with more interesting facts, and it really was more like a taxi than a tour boat. The crew members were very nice and professional, but it is just too bad they didn’t have better equipment to operate.

Worst tour company, worst experience ever! - Worst tours ever! Be aware! The buses and boats were constantly late, the boats and buses from other companies would come and go, and ours would take double time at least. The information on the bus was so little and limited, it was bad timed with the tour, half of the headphones were not working on the upper deck, the staff were not interested in helping, plus nobody on the staff knows anything and the majority 4 out of 5 are so rude, they told me I should look for information online if I bought it online, it was not their problem which is normal because customers get mad at them as buses are late or no show, and they don't have accurate info and they keep saying the bus just left when you have been standing there for 30 minutes at least. Unfortunately we bought the multicity and this unpleasant experience was in every city not only in Stockholm, in Helsinki we waited for the first bus for over 50minutes and these other company RED sight seeing buses come and go. The difference there was that the staff in Helsinki were so kind and nice and helpful but again they didn't have enough information from the company to do their job properly, buses late and very few, it is a tragedy how this company is not reliable and really affects your timings and the quality of exploring the city you are visiting. We took the other company RED in other cities like Tallin and it was so good, reliable and good quality of info and service. Will never again take this tour of Stromma, the "multi city" deal ended up being more expensive in every sense. A terrible experience overall.

Waste of time - The worst experience ever. First of all, the organization of the ticket booth and other vendors at the dock, was so confusing. It could have been nice, If there was an overview of the different boattours and what the entails, so that you don't end up buying a unsatisfying product. The boat was over an hour delayed. The man in the ticket booth had no interest in helping us with generel information about the trip, and we ran across the docks 4 times, to get to the right place, with absolutely no help from him...only to find out, that it was over an hour late, despite him telling us it was departing in 15 min, when we bought the tickets. The boattour itself was the biggest letdown. No guidance from the crew, no sound in the earphones and the man in the ticket booth didn't give us a map, so we had no idea where we were. It was a waste of time and we could have easily have done this 'tour' by foot or taxi. Tip: Chose the RED hop-on-hop-off boat tour instead - they came multiple times and ON TIME and goes to the exact same places.

Rude staff - The lady staff Yanaa was very rude. She kept screaming while we were walking down the boat. There was a queue while getting and a few people jumped the queue in front of us and she started yelling at us and telling us to wait. We were waiting in the queue yet she started screaming at us. When we told the couples that jumped the queue it was okay for them to go inside the boat. She told us not to speak to them. She was very aggressive and rude
