Bus and Boat Hop-on Hop-off is an excellent occasion to see Stockholm - Very well organized tour of the main points of interest of the city. Sufficient information provided to understand tourist attractions and how to reach those from the bus stop. Trip on the boat was also very interesting. Recommended if first time in Stockholm.

Good way to see the town on a rainy day - It was a really rainy day so this was booked specifically to limit getting wet while still seeing a good chunk of the city. The only problem was that the first bus driver thought our ticket was for 'the other' tour company and I pretty much knew he was wrong. Had to wait for the next bus and that driver knew his stuff and it was all good from there.

Poor Audio on Boat - The hop on hop off bus was excellent however the hop on hop off boat was not good - the plug in ear pieces did not work consistently despite trying varying outlets and seeking help from onboard staff (who seemed disinterested)

My 72 hour bus boat ticket expired on the Viator app after 24 hrs luckily I had a paper copy - The boat ride Was less crowded and more picturesque I’m angry that the 72 hour pass expired on my app after 24 hours

The company had at least five buses denied us boarding because they didn’t recognize the aviator ticket - We were denied boarding because they didn’t recognize the viator ticket by more than five buses. It took two hours to catch a bus. I finally reached out to the company. They told me to call them when the next bus came, and they would talk to the driver their mistake. This was a disaster!

Avoid if you want reliable service and not being lied to - The hop on and hop off buses and boats are never on time and seems to stop running hours earlier than what the website indicated or what their staff indicated. For example, a group of us were told that there will be a hop on boat at the Vasa museum stop at 5:50pm on July 11th, but the boat never showed up. We are sure because we waited there from 5:30pm. Choose the other company Stromma if you want reliable services.
