Beautiful Norway - The fjords cruise was beautiful. So many great sights. The ship supplied a description of the sights and areas that we saw. The ship was clean and had restrooms and a small snack counter. We recommend this excursion.

Main landmarks of the tour are nothing special, but the trip is pleasant enough. Easy boarding process. - Enjoyed the trip. Just think of it as a fun little boat trip for a few hours. The attractions are nothing special… I enjoyed travelling around the islands and seeing the surroundings more. We read the reviews about being unable to locate the boat/operator, so arrived 45 minutes early. Ignore those reviews. The boat was exactly where they said it would be. We were scanned on by the man next to the boat, so we were on the boat 45 minutes early! If you can’t see the boat, you’d probably do well to stay away from the water anyway! It left on time.

Feed the goats! - Great tour, very comfortable seating and opportunity to go outside to take pictures or ride on the second deck enjoying the sun (or rain). Restrooms really clean, and overall a great relaxed experience

They sent confirmation and then said they overbooked and we couldn’t go after all. SO FRUSTRATING AND DISAPPOINTING! - We booked the evening before and then received a text that we couldn’t go because they sold out. We got this as we were almost to the boat. My 83 year old mother was so upset and we were so looking forward to this. Don’t use this company if you want to be sure you really have tickets. We had confirmation and everything and yet they still said we couldn’t go.

Poor management and communication by the tour operator - very disappointing and unprofessional - We booked this excursion through viator website online and got the booking confirmation. On the day of our excursion we disembarked on the pier promptly to reach the venue in good time. Our confirmation showed ‘ My Holidays Online’ as the tour operator. We started searching for our tour operator on the pier as there were many other operators but couldn’t find them. Time was running out and we frantically searched and kept asking the other tour operators and locals for any information on our tour operator. No one seemed to know our tour operator. Surprisingly we came across ‘ Rodne’ at the pier who was our tour operator but we were unaware of that at the time . They mentioned that we were not booked by them and should look for some other tour operator. They could not find our names ( family of four) on their list of passengers for the excursion. We were getting quite frustrated by this and I called our tour operator’s number given on our confirmation letter. They did not bother to pick up the phone. So I called the viator customer assistance phone line- a lady picked up the phone and I explained the situation to her, she said she was trying to locate our tour operator and during this conversation the phone line either got disconnected ( or I suspect the lady hung up the phone on me). We had lost hopes to make it to the excursion as time was running out. Luckily we started checking again with each and every single tour operator on the harbour and managed to find ‘ RODNE’ who this time around confirmed that we were booked with them. Finally we were able to complete our excursion but the amount of hassle and stress was quite frustrating and painful . It appeared that neither viator nor the tour operator were really concerned about our convenience or the overall experience. I have taken the trouble to post this long post as I am really disappointed and unhappy with the quality of service that we received and wouldn’t wish this on any future tourists to go through the same experience. They charged heftily for the excursion but the service they provided was utterly unprofessional and disorganised.

My Holidays Online CANCELLED on us less than 10 days out for Stavenger- Do not TRUST them - My Holidays Online CANCELLED on us less than 10 days out, leaving us high and dry. We had both children and grandparents along, so this was a good solution, unitl they cancelled. I had our booking with Viator since January. There were no other options left except a private walking tour. Thanks My HolidaysOnline for ruining our vacation and Viator.
