Great way to see Sau Paulo in a day - The day starts with the driver messaging you his details and where he is going to meet you and it goes this smoothly throughout the day. We were picked up from the port of santos and taken into Sau Paulo city where I had a list of places I wanted to see and we arranged for the driver to stay with us and move us from one place to the next. We walked through Batmans Alley, Paulista Ave, Japan Town and Ipiranga museum and monument. We added in an extra stop at the sky scraper roof deck and then Santos FC for photos on the way back to the port. All is all it was a great safe way to see the city highlights if you only have a day in Santos port. Would definitely recommend and if you get Ewerson as your driver then you will have a great day.

Terrible - We have been warming for 90 minutes and have Phone 2x to the number in Sao Paulo.. Ther story was we didnt give the right adress but on our papers we found we gave the correct adress! It wasnt the drivers fault..is the organisation..the driver did a good job

Driver didn't show up - Driver didn't show up, said they don't work for Viator and tried to get us to pay them directly. Viator said they won't refund till they contact them but they hung up on Viator
