He spoke in Portuguese all the time where only the passengers behind him listened, but the others heard nothing. When we asked him he didn't know because he didn't speak Spanish. He even had glasses of ice water, which didn't happen on the second tour. The second day we did this full Florianópolis tour, and it was a disaster, the mini bus very uncomfortable, we had to sit on the side, as we did not fit well. We went downtown and “said something” about the market and that we had 40 minutes to buy (he didn’t speak Spanish and didn’t understand what we were saying). I mean, he said something because he was speaking from his driver's seat and only the people who were sitting behind him heard and the rest of us didn't hear, let alone in another language. He was just saying there's the market. See you in 40 minutes. Or go down this street and there's the beach, see you in 1 hour right here. When we claimed him for the cathedral the museum or palace said he had said he was next to the market, which was not because we consulted with the others, but if he says we have 40 minutes to go shopping obviously we do not reach the other attractions he says. I feel very conned as it was very important for me to go to those places, even more than the beaches. They skipped some other attractions telling us here is such a beach and we kept going.
