We had an amazing time with our tour guide! - He was extremely knowledgeable and gave my husband and I an unforgettable tour. There are so many gems in Rio. Our guide showed us so many beautiful sights. We definitely recommend his tour!!!

Fantastic Tour with a real local - We had a great tour with Evandro in the Tijuca national park. Not the normal tour you can get everywhere. We did some special hiking and climbing and came to
some very beautiful spots, including several waterfalls. After this we were driving to the Chinese view and another historical spot where you had a fantastic view over Rio. Evandro is very friendly and fluent in English. Highly recommended, because of small groups and individuality! Thank you very much, Evandro. We will sure come back!

pravite tour - I had pravite tour because that day I was the only one tourist booked the tour.
The gIde showed me 4 hower Tijuca park Chinese View etc.
He was very kind.
Explained me a lot of abaut Rio, people of Rio, how they protect nature and are invaremently friendly.
I enjoyed the tour.

Real Brazilian experience - I really appreciate this solo tour with Alex. While driving with his cabrio car in the touristic points he was always giving me explanations I needed. I recommend it to who‘s looking for a quieter/private tour in the nature and real Brazilian culture and less crowded places!

Great knowledge, unfortunately cut short - We had a private tour to ourselves the day we took this trip. Our guide was very informative giving lots of background about Rio's history and the national park. It was clear that he cared deeply about Rio and the natural beauty there.
Unfortunately one of the key roads was closed the day we visited. A special effort was made to make sure we still saw the Chinese view (it was empty, as clearly other tour guides were not making the same effort). However, we missed out on the waterfalls, and when finishing he suggested we end the tour at the first beach and walk across the Ipanema. This turned out to be a lovely walk, but meant the tour lasted only 2.5 hours and some of the mentioned attractions were missed (not all due to the road closure). This was slightly disappointing, and we would have liked to see an effort made to view other attractions, or some kind of reimbursement for a tour of just over half the advertised length.

Can’t deliver on service promised and no contingency plan - Absolutely terrible. I tried to get a hold of him the night prior and the morning of multiple times to confirm a pick up as we had to do with all other tours, was not able to get any response. Finally got ahold of him 30 minutes after 8 where he never apologizes or acknowledged the miscommunication just that what’s the problem you want to go or not. He takes you in his crappy car. On his way to first stop he stops for coffee and breakfast for himself on our time. We get to first spot you can’t see a thing bc of weather. This tour should not be allowed to be put on if weather is poor as he cannot deliver the service promised. He then proceeds to say usually in rain we can take you to aquarium or museum but you have to pay extra for entry. I can do that myself thanks. We just ended up having him drop us off in town so we could do our own thing because it was a complete joke and waste of money. Do not recommend!
