Beautiful discovery - Full day that allowed us to discover this beautiful island with Fraser tours

Double Water Falls no beach this tour - Fraser escorted us to the double waterfalls and ensured each step on the trail was well placed. His knowledge about the jungle watershed and how this water winds up in your hotel room was fascinating. Once we reached the upper falls, he encourage us to get wet and enjoy the pounding waterfall! He flipped some rocks and shared his find of a small crawfish the pitched it back. He took photos and really took time to make shure we were safe on the hike back to the car. Another expectional experience with Fraser.

Fraser Tours excellent - An excellent day out. Fraser told us a lot about the island. Air con vehicle and a good driver. He provided everything we could need including a lovely local lunch near Dark View Falls. Would definitely recommend him.

Just brilliant! - We had the best day with Fraser. His passion for his country and the tour he gave was outstanding. We learnt so much on the trip and he was there the whole time, taking photos for us etc. The waterfall was beautiful and our kids enjoyed a dip in it. The trip is quite long along very windy roads so if you get travel sickness be prepared.

The dip in the waterfall... - The dip in the waterfall was great fun. We were lucky as our trip only had 4 passengers and only us 2 wanted to go into the waterfall.
We had an hour at the site and no other trips arrived at the time so we had it to ourselves. Don't know if water shoes would have been provided but you do need them - we were already wearing ours. Lovely scenery on route - we were in a mini bus so view was a bit restricted but heh ho. Looking around the Pirates of the Caribbean film location was also fun. Beach wasn't nice at all. We were given the choice of a black or white sand beach - we chose white where the Sandals resort was situated but its grubby and uninviting so if given the choice it may be better to choose the black - the sand was black underneath the top layer of white anyway. We were not allowed on the beach belonging to Sandals which may have been better but I don't see how. Guide was very accommodating and pleasant. Plenty of complimentary cold drinks included and offered. All in all a great experience.

AMAZING TOUR GUIDE AND SERVICE - His professionalism was perfect. He is very knowledgeable about the area in terms of the history and gives great and memorable facts. He is kind and caring in every regard and goes above and beyond. He also took me to the volcano which was great as well.

Fab hike up La Soufriere volcano and dark view falls trip! - Fab tour guide, did both the volcano and dark view falls with Fraser, super knowledgable tour guide, pick up and drop off exactly as organised and Fraser providing beers after the volcano hike really topped it off! Couldn’t recommend more!

Amazing waterfall! - We had such an amazing time with Fraser, he was really knowledgable and friendly and could answer all our questions! Great photographer for our group taking lots of pics! Pick up and drop off were exactly as planned and we had no issues on the day! Took us to a local restaurant for some lovely food. Would recommend if you’re staying on the island!

Breathtaking views! Amazing People and Fantastic Tour Guide - Frasier was an amazing tour guide from start to finish. Everything on the island was closed due to the hurricane, but he made sure we didn't miss out. He got us in to see the Dark View Falls and the Pirates of the Caribbean. He was so knowledgeable about the island and it's history. I would recommend this tour for anyone visiting the island and definitely ask for Frasier! He is outstanding! You won't be disappointed.

An irresponsible and arrogant tour operator - The tour operator was a DISASTER. He electronically CANCELED the tour 5 minutes by after the pick-up time WITHOUT giving any reason only to say that a refund was being processed. He never showed up at the appointment time. Also, VIATOR was not helpful either; all they did was “we apologize”. The tour operator is irresponsible, unethical, dishonest and terribly arrogant.
