Fantastic! Captain Jack and Roy were wonderful with navigating and finding dolphins. Hospitality and Kindness were great. I would recommend this activity to anyone in the area! We will definitely be back again!

The captain and first mate were knowledgeable and helpful. The boat ride was relaxing and peaceful and we loved seeing the dolphins! A wonderful trip!

I was extremely dissatisfied with the Dolphin Cruise, primarily due to the behavior of Captain Susie. We believed this would be a family-friendly charter, but Susie repeatedly treated my one-year-old son in an unacceptable manner. She was yelling at him and telling him “no” even when he wasn’t doing anything wrong.
Quite frankly, the lack of customer service was unimaginable. We felt uncomfortable even moving around the boat because we were worried Susie would scold us for something. At one point I had to speak up and tell her that she had no right to reprimand my son—he is only one year old.
I will not recommend this cruise to anyone based on this experience.
I will say that the first mate was extremely personable. Her knowledge and friendly nature were the only things that kept the trip enjoyable and prevented us from asking to turn the boat around.
