  • Blue Lagoon - After boarding at 9:30 am at Bugibba Jetty, the boat departs at 10:30 am for a full-day cruise. As we cruise towards Comino, you’ll enjoy stunning views of the Maltese coastline. Our smaller boat allows us to enter the caves at no extra cost. The first stop is the renowned Blue Lagoon in Comino, where you can swim, snorkel, and dive into the crystal-clear waters of the Mediterranean Sea. On our return to Malta, the boat sails through the Comino channel, showcasing more beautiful caves such as St Mary’s Caves or Crystal Lagoon Caves, depending on the weather.

A great day - A great day out in a sea! Blue lagoon is so clear and beautiful (though very very crowded), bring a beach shoes because the cliff is rocky and slippery, the caves are cool and St. Paul island is a nice end to the day as you can have one last dip on the sea from the boat

Lovely day at sea - Really enjoyed this boat cruise with Mermaid. The captain was very friendly and kind as was his skipper and their confidence and calm demeanour went a long way to helping us relax. The cruise itself is smooth, if long; but if you get a good seat, it's comfy and you can take in the sea views. Travelling with two young children meant they fell asleep on the way but that was okay. We spent a good three hours at Comino and it was the best time. Leaving to see the caves and st Paul's islands was smooth and easy, and by 5 we were back in Bugibba. Having forgotten an item onboard, the captain kindly rang me and I was able to dash back before going too far away from the bay. Really a kind gesture. I'd recommend this tour any day; it really is a lovely day out at sea.

Recommended for visiting the Maltese islands - Very successful the visit, we stayed 3 hours in blue lagoon and entered a couple of caves, our arrival stopped us in a place to bathe. Recommended!!

Very good - Very friendly staff who knew how to make the most out the trip. Amazing views and good music. They left slightly early so make sure on time. The boat is smaller but this makes it more fun as you can sit with your legs dangling over the side. You can feel the waves at points but not badly and not too often. The boat is small enough to fit inside the caves which makes for a good experience that you won’t get on larger boats.

Fun day out for family and friends ☀️ - Great day out! Great price for what you get, got to the blue lagoon for about 11am (set off at 10ish from St Paul’s bay) and got picked back up at 2.30pm, then get taken to St Mary’s cave where you can take pictures at not extra cost and boat is small enough to go inside the caves (you don’t get to swim in them though) then get taken to St Paul’s island where you can swim, jump off the boat, go and have a walk around the island and see the statue ( although this is only about an hours stop). Very for filling, long day (7hrs in total!) so great value for money! Boat is fairly busy with other guests but much quieter than some of the other boat trips. (Make sure you are on time to get the boat back as they will probably leave without you if not). Also seating in the shade is limited on the boat we had to sit upstairs so make sure you wear plenty of suncream or if you want the shaded seats arrive early to board! Cash only for refreshments on the boat, all refreshments are very cheap E.g. €2 for a soft drink. Captain and crew were very friendly and brought round pineapples for a snack on the way back 😋 and gave good information about the stops. Music was playing throughout the journey which was nice. The boat is fairly slow so did take about an hour to get from place to place.

Prima - Nice trip with plenty of explanation. Boat is neat with ample seating space. Had plenty of time to enjoy the Blue Lagoon, where it was terribly busy and touristy. Visiting Blue Lagoon is not recommended for people with poor mobility. Only passable by climbing rock faces

Recommended experience - An experience that I recommend, the price is worth the trip. Blue Lagoon is really very beautiful and also San Paolo Bay. Recommended experience as the tour takes you around these places, also leaving you some free hours. However, I would have preferred an explanation of the places visited.

Blue lagoon in peak season be aware - The boat and the Crew were very professional and I could not fault them, but if your a family and thinking about going to the Blue Lagoon during peak season then be aware you will be sharing the location with 10 of thousands of other tourists! Certainly not a relaxing experience!!
