Wonderful Tram Experience - The experience was wonderful. It was the first and one of a kind experience for us. I must say it is not for persons who are afraid of heights. We arranged for the transportation to and from the Reserve for the additional cost and it was worth it! The tour operator, Ericker, was prompt in answering our inquiry about booking transportation to and from the Reserve. The cost was very affordable for the round trip. When we arrived the tour conductor was very friendly and very knowledgeable about the rainforest. The tour conductor pointed out numerous birds and plants to the group. The weather was great and the pace of the Tram was good allowing for pictures. After the Tram ride, the group was given the option of a hike of the rainforest or a tour through the garden. Our group opted for the garden tour. This allowed for a close up view of numerous plants found in the rainforest. We learnt about the properties of the different plants. We ended our tour at the gift shop. We got some locally made hot sauce, guava cheese and tamrind balls.
Thank you Viator for making this experience available.

Beautiful 😍 - Such a beautiful and peaceful experience. We were carried in the cable car and guided by a knowledgeable host - Faith, through stunning rainforest, seeing hummingbirds and butterflies.

We had a wonderful tour... - We had a wonderful tour guide and found the aerial tram and hike a wonderful experience. Unfortunately, we did not see any birds in the rain forest.

An experience not to be missed! - An incredible experience to create memories in St Lucia! We did the whole package and loved it. We thought that our naturalist guide Mel was very knowledgeable and had a great sense of humour. 2 guides accompanied us throughout the process. They put us at ease straight away when explaining health snd safety. We learnt a lot from our guide about the flora and the fauna. We spotted many humming birds and even a parrot. The Zipline was fun. I enjoyed it despite being scared of hights. Both guides were very reassuring , and built our daughter's confidence. The rainforest tram was a zen experience. The views of the canopy and the sea as you come down are breathtaking. We enjoyed the two walks in the rain forest, which I felt were long enough. The path was safe, but II fell and grazed my knee. On our arrival vack at tge vase, there was a nurse on duty who saw me and took care of my knee straight away. I would recommend this expience 100% to all nature lovers put there.

Unique experience - We booked this to see more of St Lucia and it was quite unique - a cable car that went up and down the side of a mountain showcasing the different levels of the rainforest. Accompanied by a walk through the forest with a guide pointing out this and that plant. Nice and peaceful and fairly interesting. We could have done zip lines too for barely any extra cost, but we didnt have the time for that as well. A fun add on to your trip. Parking available though we got a transfer.

Way too expensive. - Insanely overpriced. Beautiful place, but the tour itself definitely not worth 170 USD for 2 ppl. They could’ve at least have transport included or drinks on arrival, or make that price do some justice.

Tram only review - The tram tour lasted a bit over an hour. This was a slow moving 8-person tram. The tram does stop with every loading and unloading of another tram. There is information about the flora and fauna during the ride and we saw a few hummingbirds. Overall relaxing ride but nothing that really stood out.

Very expensive and disappointing outing - View on return looking over ocean was lovely. Other than that rather boring . We saw very little wildlife, four butterflies, half a dozen birds that we saw around the hotel. Lush vegetation with very little colour. Lengthy hanging around when we arrived on time. The aerial tram stops and starts throughout the journey. A very expensive outing.
