It is a great tour. ... - It is a great tour. Walking and stairs involved. We really enjoyed it. Mark was an excellent tour guide. Want to see more of St. Louis the next time we are back.

Lots of Walking
Good information both history and context. I did want to see more and learn about the history especially the Union Station.

St. Louis trip - Very informative. Our guide was friendly and knowledgeable. I especially liked the fact that our tickets to the arch tour and riverboat cruise were included. Our tour guide handled those tickets and got us where we needed to be.

This was a great tour of the St. Louis and we would highly recommend this to anyone who has never been there. - Tour guide Callista was very helpful and knowledgeable. She was very interactive and gave us a personal tour of the city. She was awesome! She made the tour spectacular.

Wonderful and Knowledgeable Tour Guide Made for a Great Experience! - We had a wonderful time, largely because of Calista, our fantastic tour guide. She made every step of our tour interesting and informative. Although she is not a St. Louis native, her pride in and love for the city were apparent. She took us to places that we never would have discovered on our own, and knew the history of all of them. Calista let us set the pace for our tour, was easy to hear and understand (sometimes a challenge for someone with hearing aids), and made us feel like friends rather than new acquaintances.
It was nice to have everything pre-planned and pre-paid. Calista made sure we made it to the Arch and the River Cruise when we needed to be there, so it was good to not have to worry about that. We hated to say goodbye to our new friend Calista at the end of the tour!

It wasn't really worth going up in it. - Walking around from outside would have been fine in hindsight. The museum while waiting 1 1/2 hrs was ok. Food overpriced

Boat Cruise Canceled After Tour Started - We were very disappointed with our experience. We booked the tour mainly because it included the riverboat cruise -- there were no individual, "just cruise" tickets available that day. On the day before our tour, we were called by See Sight Tours and told they were not able to give the tour at the scheduled time and wanted to change it to several hours later. We were called back that afternoon with an apology for the earlier message and the confusion, everything was fine with the original plan. The tour did begin as planned, however, we did not pass by the Magnolia Hotel, Busch Stadium, nor the Federal Reserve Bank listed in the tour description. Worst, however, was that we were not informed that the riverboat cruise was unavailable until AFTER the tour started, so too late to cancel the entire tour by us, which is exactly what we would have done if notified ahead of time. We discovered that there were no cruises ever scheduled to run that day, which is why we couldn't procure individual tickets to begin with. We received a refund equal to the boat cruise ticket price and the locations we did not see, but felt at each turn the tour operator showed a lack of professionalism, especially not knowing the day the product they advertised could not be delivered. Our guide came in on his birthday to cover for a co-worker who was originally scheduled, which we appreciated and is the main reason for the stars awarded for this tour. Mostly, though, he just walked us places and let us explore on our own, there was little to no "presentation" or interesting information imparted like we have received on other tours. In fact, he commented that he learned some information from me. See Sight added nothing to our experience, did not take us by all the places listed in the tour description, and was unaware of the boat schedule. We would have been better off, especially financially, if we had just gone on our own.
