Walking Tour Extraordinaire! - Scott is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to the history of St Augustine! The walking tour is the way to go, because he takes you into hidden courtyards and beautiful gardens that you would miss if touring by bus or golf cart. You can tell he's passionate about the city and is very involved in maintaining the old-world charm that people have come to love about the oldest US city. And as retired educators, we love the fact that Scott works with educators by not only providing educational field trips for students but also supplies teachers with lessons plans and resources to make history come alive. As an added bonus, we got to make candles and rope...the old-fashioned way. Really cool activity!! This is a must tour on your visit to St Augustine! Can't wait to go back and do one of his ghost tours!

Excellent tour! - Scott was our tour guide. He was so knowledgeable and made the experience more than worthwhile! We saw sites that we never would’ve seen. Scott has a long history in Saint Augustine, making the tour very special since he’s connected to the city in deep ways with deep roots there. Hope to see you again! Also, your recommendations were all excellent, especially Barley’s for the reuben sandwich and the flight of Cheesecakes at the the Bourbon Cheesecake.

Best activity for young children and families. - The explanation of the history of pirates and privateering tailored specifically for toddlers and young children, the candle making, the treasure hunt. The personalities of the tour guides were amazing.

Fun way to learn history - We enjoyed the history, the artifacts, and our Pirate guide. My niece felt very special and enjoyed the treasure chest and most of all: the fox tail she got to wear.
