- A Ghostly Encounter tours operate rain or shine. Florida weather changes rapidly and is unpredictable, and we monitor our weather prior to all tours.

- If lighting is present in the area: we will delay the start of the tour for 20 minutes to give the storm time to pass, then proceed as normal.

- If lightening remains present in the area, management may decide to reschedule the tour. Guests will be moved to the following evening’s tours or to the nearest date convenient with the group.

- If rescheduling is not convenient, each guest will be provided a voucher for a future A Ghostly Encounter tour, subject to availability. For offer to be valid, guest must present the voucher directly to our office staff upon returning to St. Augustine or speak directly with the office staff to reschedule (not through a third-party booking site). Please remember to bring your voucher with you. Lost or forgotten vouchers will not be honored; however, vouchers do not expire.

Great tour and I recommend the Sheriff - I picked this ghost tour company based on its great reviews. I’m so glad I did. The Sheriff was our guide and he was a wonderful storyteller. He told us of some personal spooky experiences and our family loved that!

History of St. Augustine and spooky stories of ghost sightings. - The tour was really fun! Madame Jennifer was our guide and she was really fun and had alot of information and even pics! Cemeteries, stories about ghostly sightings and specific ghosts. They give you a good starting point if you want to visit these places later on your own terms and linger a bit longer!

Family Friendly Spooky Fun - Dion was our tour guide last night and he did a fantastic job. 15 stars! Such a great story teller and very family friendly. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for some spooky fun in St. Augustine.

Fun Family Experience - Thanks Dion! - Dion was our storyteller and he was amazing! We did the 8:00 tour, so it started out light, but was dark by the time we ended at 9:20. We learned a lot of interesting things about the history of St. Augustine, but it was presented in a way that our kids (12, 12, 9) could understand and stay interested too! One tip — bring bug spray! We were getting bitten like crazy!

Disappointing - Only made 4 stops in about an 3 block radius and stood in those 4 stops the entire 1:30. The guide was decent and told some good stories but expected a walking tour; not a standing tour. I’m would not recommend and was ready to leave after about 45 mins so just standing there.
