So cool! - This was such a fun trip! Captain Mike was great! We saw lots of alligators and turtles. There was one manatee sighting when we first went out, but I missed it :( highly recommend for teenagers…this was actually called “cool”!!

Great for family with teens! - My husband and I took our 3 teens on the air boat ride this morning and we all had a great time! Justin was our tour guide and he was great. He was kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. The staff was quick to jump in and help us get our son, who uses a wheelchair, on and off the boat and the boat dock. In fact, Capt. Mike met us at the boat with the wheelchair when we got back.

Best Air Boat Tour! - If you go to St. Augustine, be sure and check out Sea Serpent Tours! We took our first air boat tour with them and it was a blast! Captain Fernando took great care of us. He was engaging, entertaining and extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommend this company and tour if you want to see some of the coolest outdoors in St. Augustine including alligators, cranes, turtles, beautiful scenery and so much more! #seaserpenttours

First timers - Great experience. Jason was great. Was great to so the air boat go where prop boats can not. First time at St. Augustine and the air boat ride was one of our trip’s highlights. We would recommend on your trip to the area.

Fun trip - The experience is very weather dependent. It was bright and sunny yesterday morning but by the time we got on the boat it rainy, cloudy and really windy. Not the best conditions for an airboat ride. However, the captain was great, still made the trip fun. We did see a few gators but it was not optimal weather as there was basically zero sunshine. I would definitely do it again but maybe get a little deeper into Spring.

Fun but over priced - This was our first experience with an air bout, It was a fun experience and a scenic swamp ride. However hardly any wildlife. This event was way over priced for the 1 1/2 hour ride. I would choose another river trip in the future.

Very disappointed - I’m very disappointed in this experience. I don’t know why it’s rated so high on TripAdvisor. First of all the captain made us move from the front of the boat to the back of the boat to accommodate a party of 10. That was not cool. Especially because my husband has claustrophobia and he needed to be in the front with no one in front of him. It was very unprofessional of the driver to move us. In addition, my husband had to breathe smoke from the motor because he had to sit in a separate seat, but in the back near the driver of the boat and he was inhaling all the smoke from the motor. The trip itself is very disappointing. Also, we only saw two alligators one baby one big guy and a bunch of birds and turtles. No manatees. The bathrooms at the location we’re out of service and they were forcing people to use porta potties. Just not a good experience at all.
