Very fun and informative! Wood do it all over again. - We had a great time! Justin was great, pointing out alligators and various types of wildlife! It was informative and fun! Highly recommend!

Fun, educational and safe airboat experience! - We had a GREAT time on the airboat. Our guide (Captain Mikes nephew) was full of fun facts as well as educational information about the area and animals. From grandparents to our 9 year old grandson, we all HIGHLY recommend Sea Serpent Tours!

- Enjoyed the tour with Captain wish it would’ve been more talking than putting on headphones. Only seen two alligators but it was very hot that day. Don’t feel like the tour should be that price but captain was very knowledgeable about the area.

Fun time with the family! - Great time! Captain Justin was very friendly and informative. We were able to see one large gator and a couple small ones. Was a little disappointed when I saw that I could have saved $25 per ticket if I would have booked directly on the site rather than through trip advisor. I probably would have spent some of that to tip our captain if I paid less for the tour. Some of the bad reviews complained about speed of the boat. We felt like the speed was appropriate for trying to spot wildlife. Justin took it up a notch and even spun a few circles for us to see what the boat could do on the more open water. Never super fast but fast enough for us! I would definitely recommend this for all ages - just be sure to check out the actual website for discounts!

Average at best - The guide took us out as rain came pouring down. We saw one small gator and a few turtles. Your time and money may better be spent elsewhere.

Be careful booking... - Be careful booking through Viator. We thought we were booking directly with Airboat company. We did not get the ride we expected and ended up on eco-ride. While Capt Becca did a good job, it was too hot and we sat listening to stories about alligator matting in extreme heat. We asked about discount codes we found on a few travel code books and about military discounts. We ended up paying full price for the wrong trip. Do not book through Viator. Disappointed and overcharged.

Nice captain, tour leaves a lot to be desired - Becca was nice. The tour is just not that great. We went up one inlet and back very slowly. We saw one gator which was cool. The headsets play music the whole time. I wish the captain could talk to you through the headsets instead of stopping the boat every time they want to say something. It’s just not a “bang for your buck tour”. I’ve been on some great ones, this wasn’t one sadly. They need to go more places, out the creek and up another one is not enough.
