Private Tour is the Way to Go - I highly recommend this tour! Last year we did the trolley tour and decided to try a private tour this year. It was really great and a good value considering we had 9 people. We enjoyed having just our family on the tour. Aaron, our guide was professional, informative and funny. In addition to the main streets, he took us past really neat side streets. We loved the leg lamp street:)

Off the beaten path - Our tour guide was very knowledgeable! Great guy ! & even gave the kiddos chocolate candy! He took us off the beaten path to more of the residential side of historic downtown where the trolley train doesn’t go.

Andy, our tour guide, was... - Andy, our tour guide, was AMAZING! He gave our family a wonderful, personalized tour of St. Augustine. The tour had the perfect amount of holiday lights and historical details to help us understand the city history clearer. He answered all of our questions and made us want to visit the city again in the near future. Thank you!

Decent tour to see the Christmas lights - Overall we enjoyed our tour. Elaine was at the meeting spot on time. She was friendly and took us to some out of the way streets off the main drag, which we liked. The tour only lasted about 30-40 minutes, which was a bit of a disappointment given the cost. I would have enjoyed a bit more time and to venture even further into some of the neighborhoods. A private tour was nice, though.

Lights great, driver not so much. - Loved the lights!
We paid for a private tour but ended up having 2 additional guests, the driver asked our permission when we met him but we didn’t feel like we could say no, his friends were already waiting.

Christmas lights tour - Although Matt was a very good tour guy, we didn't feel that we saw enough of the lights. It seemed we were going down residential areas more than the big city.

Overall good - Very easy for pick up and drop off. Very nice to just have my group and not be on tram.
Only con would be thought there would be more explanation during the tour.

Terrible - We arrived an hour early, we wrote, we called, you can see it in the chat and they never called to help us...the address they give you is not easy to find...I don't recommend it.
There are others more communicative.
