- Tipu Sultan Summer Palace And Museum - The tour starts with a pick up and drive to Tipu Sultan’s Summer Palace. Back in the 1700s, this palace used to be the summer residence of the Mysorean ruler, Tipu Sultan. Hear about Tipu Sultan and his rebellion against the British regime from your guide. Notice the Indo-Islamic architecture from up close before moving on to your next destination i.e. Mysore Palace.
- Mysore Palace - The Mysore Palace is the official residence of the Wadiyar dynasty in present times. This palace is a mix of Indian and Saracenic design. From the royal wedding hall to the museum, your guide will show you everywhere around the publicly open palace.
- Sri Chamundeshwari Temple - Next up, you will stop by Chamundeshwari Temple. It is believed that Goddess Durga, a fierce form of Shakti, slayed demon king Mahishasura on this temple’s spot.
After seeking blessings at the temple, you will be served lunch on a traditional banana leaf.
- St. Philomena’s Church - Then for the last part, you will see St. Philomena’s Cathedral which is a remarkable gothic-style Catholic church built by the old Wadiyar king. You will be sent back to your hotel as the tour ends.

Wonderful Experience and Trip to Mysore - The tour guide , Shiva was awesome. He took lot of time and effort to explain each and every detail about the monuments we visited. He took great pictures for our family at all the spots. He guided us to authentic South Indian food place which was clean and hygiene and cost effective. He also took us to do local shopping for Mysore Pak and Mysore Silk Sarees. Will recommend Shiva as a guide for Mysore trip to everyone
Also, we got a very good driver , Shiv Kumar. He was very nice and drove with patience and made sure we had a comfortable ride. The car was maintained very well and had basic stuff like sanitizer, wet wipes, tissue paper etc. I would recommend Shiv Kumar as your driver for every trip.

Great Mysore Daytrip from Bangalore with Shiva - Shiva did a great job guiding me around. He was full of passion for all the sights and gave me all the time I wanted to enjoy the places. He gave great and interesting explanations and advice as well and told me a lot about life and culture in Southern India.
He is a skilled and patient photographer and assisted me in taking pictures wherever I wanted. I had lunch with him and he explained all the delicacies to me. Such a great day. Shiva was humble and polite and never tried to get me involved into shopping which I highly appreciated. 5 star rating well deserved.

Day Trip to Mysore - Shiva was very informative, interesting and clear in his speech. He displayed lots of flexibility and even went out of his was to take us for a fabulous South Indian lunch. Highly recommend Shiva for a trip around Mysore!

Informative, beautiful and delicious Mysore - The guide was very informative and helped give the historical and cultural context. The palaces and temples very visually amazing. The lunch was delicious, and we even had an impromptu visit to the city market which had many good smells and sights. Definitely worth a quick day trip from Bangalore

Four splendid locations in one day - Shiva did a great job showing us around the magnificent Misore Palace and three other impressive locations. Friendly, knowledgeable, and forthcoming - we could not have hoped for a better tour guide. Pickup by car also went very smoothly. We should say that we also got very lucky with the time of the year - exam time at school meant that the queues were very short.

Overall I'm satisfied, except the price is a bit expensive. - Shiva is a good tour guide. His explanations are very detailed and professional. I am satisfied with his service.
