Thanks Nuwan for a great Sri Lanka trip! - My husband and I booked a personal driver for 9 days (we had our own itinerary). We had a very positive experience with our driver, Nuwan. He was professional, reliable, flexible and a great driver. Booking and paying for the tour was also a seamless process. Ishan and Celine were very friendly and responsive. This is a great company and I highly recommend them for your Sri Lankan adventures!

we recommend Anura at Sri Lanka Personal Tours - We were very satisfied with our driver, Anura. The van provided all we needed, was clean and comfortable, and safe. Anura was very kind and professional. He was always on time and accommodated us for all our needs and desires. Most importantly, we felt very safe in his hands, as he navigated very challenging terrain, including at night down the mountains in the rain. And, since we have 2 small children, his excellent work meant a lot to us. At times, the communication was a little challenging due to us being english speakers, and english being his second language. But, this was not a big problem, and when we needed, we just used the google translation app. He had a great attitude. We wanted to take the time to acknowledge his great job, and we recommend him.

Family tour drive: ancient cities and East-south coast - We highly recommend this company – communication was smooth and everything was handled very professionally. We spent seven days in Sri Lanka with Sugath as our tour driver, and he was incredibly kind and flexible with our plans, even when they included a long drive. He not only got us safely from one place to another, but also helped with other things along the way, like renting bikes in the ancient cities and pointing out interesting spots as we drove. If we ever come back to Sri Lanka, we’ll definitely book with this company again.

An Unforgettable Journey Through Sri Lanka - We had the absolute pleasure of having Sanda as our driver during our unforgettable adventure through the stunning island of Sri Lanka. While we arrived with a planned itinerary, it was through Sanda’s passion, local insight, and thoughtful guidance that our trip became so much more than we ever imagined. From an exhilarating tuk tuk ride in Sigiriya to an incredible up-close experience with elephants in Randeniya, and a peaceful village tour complete with a bullock cart ride and one of the most delicious home-cooked meals we've ever had—every moment was elevated by Sanda's genuine care and expertise. What made the journey even more special was how amazing Sanda was with our kids. He was patient, kind, and always made sure they were comfortable, engaged, and having fun—something we appreciated deeply as a family. His integrity, warmth, and kindness shone through in every interaction, and we truly felt we were exploring Sri Lanka with a trusted friend. Best trip ever - We had the absolute pleasure of having Imran as our personal tour guide during our trip to Sri Lanka, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we met him, he was warm, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable about the local culture and history. He took us to some of the most authentic and delicious Sri Lankan restaurants we would have never found on our own. Every meal was a culinary delight! He also guided us through fantastic shopping areas where we could find beautiful local crafts and souvenirs without the tourist traps. His recommendations were always spot-on, and he made sure every part of our journey was smooth, enjoyable, and memorable. Thanks to him, we truly experienced the heart of Sri Lanka. The hospitality was impeccable — warm, professional, and thoughtful throughout our stay. A special thanks to our personal tour guide, Imran Wazir, who was phenomenal. He was not only knowledgeable and experienced, but also incredibly friendly with the kids. His recommendations were spot-on and he remained flexible, adjusting our itinerary seamlessly to suit our preferences and pace. Another highlight was the villa chef, who prepared delicious, authentic Sri Lankan meals that gave us a true taste of the local cuisine. Amazing experience, great service and super helpful driver - I cannot rcommend the company and our driver Hasanga enough. We planned a tour which did not follow the typical touristy spots but rather visited places where most tourists do not go. The roads were sometimes quite challenging but our driver Hasanga always managed to get us where we wanted to go safely and pleasantly, even though our schedule was sometimes difficult and he had to drive after dark. He also helped us find local places to eat, fruits we wanted to try, he arranged for coconuts on the way and jakcfruit delivered by his friends to the road so that we could have tried it. He helped with translation and communication when buying fruits and other stuff. He was always on time or early. He communicated directly with our hotels when unsure of the road. We were feeling great and taken care of the whole time. The communication with the company was also very easy and prompt. Should we come to Sri Lanka again, we will definitely use the company and ideally ask for Hasanga again. Thank you guys for the great experience!
